Yes, I believe I have a consitutional right to a Happy Meal. I have not gotten mine yet, so I will need several thousand dollars compensation besides, and if my Happy Meal is too long delayed I will be very unHappy and may require further monetary settlements. If and when my Happy Meal comes, the bun had better not be stale; I will want a refund. The meat had better not be undercooked, I will catch salmonela and sue. It must also come from FDA approved beef so that I will not be a Mad Cow. There had better be no way for me to choke on the toy. I certainly don't want to find rat-feet in the fries.
And PLEASE, wrap the burger properly, so that when I peel the wrapper aside, there is my burger, right-side-up, smiling at me. I do NOT want to see a burger bum-first. That is so crude.
(I remember being a kid and opening a McDonald's burger and finding it upright on its little wrapper placemat. Why did they change? Why, why, why?)
