Where does the Bible describe men that were at their wits' end?

Psa 107:27  They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits' end.

Which king is said to have gone to the seaside?

Mat 13:1  The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side.

That's good, but Jesus was still a man, what you are reffering to, He was still on earth.
The answer is found in the OT.
Try again.

Jesus was more than just a man while here on earth .... He always was and always will be God .... King of Kings. So although there may be another such answer my answer also still stands. Now if you had said "earthly king" that would have made a difference.  Wink Wink

Which prophet speaks of beating plowshares into swords?
Joel 3:10
Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weakling say, "I am strong!"

And Micah and Isaiah....
