Where does the Bible mention a town clerk?

Act 19:35  And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?

Est 1:2  That in those days, when the king Ahasuerus sat on the throne of his kingdom, which was in Shushan the palace,
Est 1:3  In the third year of his reign, he made a feast unto all his princes and his servants; the power of Persia and Media, the nobles and princes of the provinces, being before him:
Est 1:4  When he shewed the riches of his glorious kingdom and the honour of his excellent majesty many days, even an hundred and fourscore days.

Just shows brother, none of us are perfect.  Someone else said, "I could study the Bible in this lifetime, and not know everything."

That is so true that is why we have to constantly meditate on the Word of God.

I think this is a fun way of us reviewing things we may have studied long ago and forgot, and learning things we never got to study. None of us are perfect, but what makes us different is we are willing to surrender our hearts and minds to Him and we are teachable.
