1.) Hitler's Mein Kampf Becomes Bestseller In Turkey

    By Mark Ellis

The infamous manifesto penned in prison during the 1920s by one of history's greatest despots has become a bestseller in Turkey, a troubling sign of increasing anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism.

Since January, Mein Kampf has sold more than 50,000 copies, rising to number four on the bestseller list. The book outlines Hitler's plans for world domination and his intense hatred of the Jewish people.

"A lot of people in the West don't realize this has always been a popular book among radical Muslims," says Steve Hagerman, founder of Turkish World Outreach. "They think it's a tragedy Hitler didn't win the war," he notes. "This is symptomatic of growing anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism in the country."

Hagerman is concerned about a resurgence of conservative Islam in Turkey, which he believes is promoted and funded by Iran and Saudi Arabia. "Turkey is a different place right now," Hagerman observes. "The military, the radical Muslims and the secularists are becoming more and more anti-American," he says. "Literalist Islam is teaching the Muslims to hate the Jews and to hate democracy."

"Their belief in Muslim eschatology is that the world is destined to be conquered by Islam," he adds.

Hagerman recently finished the book Christianity and Islam: the final clash, by Robert Livingston. "Livingston sees Islam as a major player in the last days," Hagerman notes. While Hagerman doesn't agree with everything in the book, he is intrigued by Livingston's assertion that the anti-Christ may rise out of Islam.

"The Book of Revelation teaches that those who don't submit to the anti-Christ will be beheaded," he notes. "That is the common practice of radical Islam for those who don't submit."

"Pray that this worrisome trend toward radicalism will come to an end through the proclamation of God's Word."

The false church is rising.

These people should learn from Hitlers mistake "do not go against God". That is the mistake many make though, following false gods. If Hitler had won Islam would have have liked it either.

Pastor Roger,

Brother, I actually think that the stage is set for the end of this age events. I believe this more each day, but I am quite content to love and serve the LORD however he Wills until His appointed times come.

It is time for all of us to wake up and realize that it really doesn't make any difference what we do. The radical Islamic world will hate us and dream about killing us regardless of how much food and humanitarian assistance we give them. AND, freeing their millions with the blood, sweat, and tears of our finest young men and women won't change the dreams of those who wish to wipe Israel and America off of the face of the earth.

Brother, I firmly believe that we are at least watching a preview of the end of this age RIGHT NOW! My prayer simply becomes more fervent that God will give us the will, wisdom, and strength to share JESUS until He comes to take us home. I think that time will be soon, and I'm ready. I simply hope and pray that more hosts of people will be able to say or sing like the old hymn:

Thank you LORD for saving my soul, Thank you LORD for making me whole!

Love In Christ,
Tom

John 8:12  Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 8:12 above..................no one but Jesus has a shadow that's LIGHT.  If we walk in the shadow of anyone else, it's dark.

Amen Sister Chris,

Light is a beautiful subject in the Bible, and the opposite in darkness is ugly and evil. I have a collection of Scriptures on this topic, and I hope you don't mind me sharing them here. The contrast is pretty stark.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Acts 26:18  To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

From darkness to LIGHT - Part 1

Exo 23:2  Thou shalt not follow a multitude to [do] evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest [judgment]:

Deu 4:25  When thou shalt beget children, and children's children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall corrupt [yourselves], and make a graven image, [or] the likeness of any [thing], and shall do evil in the sight of the LORD thy God, to provoke him to anger:

Deu 13:5  And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn [you] away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.

Jos 24:15  And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Jdg 10:6  And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served not him.

2Sa 22:29  For thou [art] my lamp, O LORD: and the LORD will lighten my darkness.

1Ki 14:9  But hast done evil above all that were before thee: for thou hast gone and made thee other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to anger, and hast cast me behind thy back:

2Ch 33:2  But did [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD, like unto the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.

2Ch 33:6  And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

2Ch 33:22  But he did [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD, as did Manasseh his father: for Amon sacrificed unto all the carved images which Manasseh his father had made, and served them;

Job 28:28  And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that [is] wisdom; and to depart from evil [is] understanding.

Job 34:22  [There is] no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves.

Psa 18:28  For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness.

Psa 23:4  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou [art] with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Psa 38:20  They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow [the thing that] good [is].

Psa 82:5  They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

Psa 97:10  Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

Psa 112:4  Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: [he is] gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Pro 2:12  To deliver thee from the way of the evil [man], from the man that speaketh froward things;
Pro 2:13  Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;
Pro 2:14  Who rejoice to do evil, [and] delight in the frowardness of the wicked;

Pro 3:7  Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Pro 4:14  Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil [men].

Pro 4:19  The way of the wicked [is] as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.

Pro 11:19  As righteousness [tendeth] to life: so he that pursueth evil [pursueth it] to his own death.

Pro 12:12  The wicked desireth the net of evil [men]: but the root of the righteous yieldeth [fruit].

Pro 14:16  A wise [man] feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.

Pro 15:3  The eyes of the LORD [are] in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

From darkness to LIGHT - Part 2

Pro 15:28  The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.

Pro 16:6  By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD [men] depart from evil.

Pro 16:17  The highway of the upright [is] to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul.

Pro 16:27  An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips [there is] as a burning fire.

Pro 22:3  A prudent [man] foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Pro 24:1  Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them.

Pro 24:20  For there shall be no reward to the evil [man]; the candle of the wicked shall be put out.

Pro 28:5  Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all [things].

Ecc 2:13  Then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness.

Ecc 2:14  The wise man's eyes [are] in his head; but the fool walketh in darkness: and I myself perceived also that one event happeneth to them all.

Ecc 5:1  Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.

Ecc 12:1  Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

Ecc 12:14  For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether [it be] good, or whether [it be] evil.

Isa 3:9  The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide [it] not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.

Isa 5:20  Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Isa 13:11  And I will punish the world for [their] evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Isa 50:10  Who [is] among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh [in] darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.

Isa 65:12  Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose [that] wherein I delighted not.

Jer 2:19  Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that [it is] an evil [thing] and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear [is] not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

Jer 13:10  This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing.

Eze 36:31  Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that [were] not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.

Dan 9:13  As [it is] written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.

Joe 2:13  And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he [is] gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

Amo 5:8  [Seek him] that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD [is] his name:

Zec 3:1  And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
Zec 3:2  And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: [is] not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

Mat 4:10  Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

From darkness to LIGHT - Part 3

Mat 4:16  The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.

Mat 5:11  Blessed are ye, when [men] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Mat 6:13  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Mat 7:17  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Mat 7:18  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Mat 10:27  What I tell you in darkness, [that] speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, [that] preach ye upon the housetops.

Mat 12:34  O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
Mat 12:35  A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

Luk 1:79  To give light to them that sit in darkness and [in] the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

Luk 11:4  And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

Luk 11:13  If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Luk 11:34  The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when [thine eye] is evil, thy body also [is] full of darkness.
Luk 11:35  Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.
Luk 11:36  If thy whole body therefore [be] full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

Joh 1:5  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Joh 3:19  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Joh 3:20  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

Joh 8:12  Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Joh 12:35  Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

Joh 12:46  I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Act 13:10  And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, [thou] child of the devil, [thou] enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
Act 13:11  And now, behold, the hand of the Lord [is] upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

Act 26:18  To open their eyes, [and] to turn [them] from darkness to light, and [from] the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Rom 2:19  And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,

Rom 13:12  The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

2Co 4:6  For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to [give] the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

2Co 6:14  Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Eph 5:8  For ye were sometimes darkness, but now [are ye] light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

Eph 5:11  And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].

From darkness to LIGHT - Part 4

Eph 6:11  Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
Eph 6:13  Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Col 1:13  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son:

1Th 5:5  Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

1Th 5:22  Abstain from all appearance of evil.

2Th 2:9  [Even him], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

1Ti 5:15  For some are already turned aside after Satan.

2Ti 2:9  Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, [even] unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.

2Ti 2:26  And [that] they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

2Ti 3:13  But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

2Ti 4:18  And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve [me] unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Heb 2:14  Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Heb 3:12  Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

Heb 5:14  But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, [even] those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Jam 1:13  Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

Jam 4:7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

1Pe 2:9  But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

1Pe 5:8  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

1Jo 1:5  This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
1Jo 1:6  If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

3Jo 1:11  Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

Jud 1:13  Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

Rev 20:10  And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
