I'm comin' out on this one too because this critter and his compadres pictured in nearby posts made me LOL!

But I have to confess, as a converted PETA subscriber, I say tofu is the way to go!  Just throw in a helping of nutritional brewers yeast and a hit of soy sauce and wahlah, you have chicken without bones!   Grin

Chicken fried snake(with jalapenos)
Nopalitos(with jalapenos)
Jalapenos
Trail beans(with jalapenos)
brisket(with jalapenos)
fried corn (with jalapenos)
jalapenos
frijoles(with jalapenos)
enchiladas(with jalapenos)
javalina/jalapeno sausage(with jalapenos)
and bbq armadillo (or prarie dog) (with jalapenos)
