Ok. I'm just gonna start from the beggining. I have so many questions.

I'm 13.  I live in a household of Catholics, although its been years since I've been to a church. I was baptized when I was younger...but now, I'm desperately afraid of going to hell. I have asked Jesus into my heart and my life, and tried to be saved, but I don't think its working- either becuase I don't really believe, or it isn't out of love for God that I am praying, but for fear of the devil. I just want God to touch my life like he has so many others.

People say to read the bible- I try, but it scares me. It seems every passage is there to reassure me of my trip to hell, and it's just not fair anymore.  I fear so much now...If you didn't live with me, you could never know- I have great freinds, play sports, etc..but no one knows when I get home I listen to my brother curse and swear at my mom, and watch her break into fits of rage and then tears. I can't take it anymore, and coupled with my religion fears its almost to much to bear. I'm not suicidal becuase I'm afraid to die without being sure I will go to heaven. I fear the end times, everything, and I just need help in how to get Jesus and the Holy Spirit into my life. Pray for me, do whatever...just please help me.

Hello and welcome Smiley

You are so young to be filled with so much fear,  but now that you have accepted Jesus into your heart, there is no need to fear anything. You are His child, and He is yours, to turn to whatever your need is, or however your feeling. He will understand any doubts you have and will teach you to trust Him.  If you are willing to continue to simply pray, talk to Jesus just as you would any of your friends, it is how you draw close to Him, and draws Him close to you.

The Bible does talk about the judgement of God upon those who reject His plan for us, but it holds many many promises for those who accept Him as their Saviour.  One of the most beautiful promises found in the Bible is in John 3:16  "This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life.

I suggest when you read the Bible you start at the beginning of the New Testament,  this will help you to see the whole plan He has made for us,  and you will find that there`s nothing in that plan to be afraid of as one of His family.

2Pe 1:2  Grace and peace to you many times over as you deepen in your experience with God and Jesus, our Master.
2Pe 1:3  Everything that goes into a life of pleasing God has been miraculously given to us by getting to know, personally and intimately, the One who invited us to God. The best invitation we ever received!
2Pe 1:4  We were also given absolutely terrific promises to pass on to you--your tickets to participation in the life of God after you turned your back on a world corrupted by lust.
2Pe 1:5  So don't lose a minute in building on what you've been given, complementing your basic faith with good character, spiritual understanding,
2Pe 1:6  alert discipline, passionate patience, reverent wonder,
2Pe 1:7  warm friendliness, and generous love, each dimension fitting into and developing the others.
2Pe 1:8  With these qualities active and growing in your lives, no grass will grow under your feet, no day will pass without its reward as you mature in your experience of our Master Jesus.

So, if I believe and accept Christ, I will not have to face judgement?  Becuase it seems impossible to lead the life he wants, and if you don't, on judgement day, your doomed.

Don't confuse the difficulty of fulfilling the letter of the law with the simplicity of fulfilling the spirit of the law through love.

Gal 5:14  For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

His commandments are not burdensome.

Mat 11:30  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Help,
I'm 52 and remember being 13.

You will fail someway every day.  I fail someway every day.

We can NOT do it on our own.  So every day we pray, admit our failures, and turn them over to the Lord.

As posted above:
Mat 11:30  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

This is the miracle of salvation.

Now still remembering being 13, this is not a get out of Hell free card.

I should have written:
You will try and fail someway every day.  I try and fail someway every day.

We can NOT do it on our own.  So every day we pray, admit our failures, turn them over to the Lord and then every day continue trying.

Even though you will fail in someway EVERY DAY, you have to try to walk the walk EVERY DAY.

Finally, you wrote:
I fear the end times, everything, and I just need help in how to get Jesus and the Holy Spirit into my life. Pray for me, do whatever...just please help me.

There is a huge number of people in this forum who will help you, so continue to ask you questions, they will help you learn.
