     OH! - That short people song hurt. I can see it is time for a short people's rebellion, maybe just a short one. (Did you notice that little play on words?) UM??, (little) - there is is again. I'm thinking that everyone over 5'10" should either crawl or walk on their kneecaps.  

Attention all short people - CHARGE!

I wonder, though. Who was your 'good authority'? If it was Little Bo Peep, I wouldn't trust her. She can't even handle her own sheep; she keeps losing them!

nooooo, admitedly it was  Mary who was quite contrary...and rightfully so...after all...she kept askin them guys to move that huge pumpkin and mounds of pickled peppers  outta her pretty flower garden!

...and the idea of the other peters wife being kept inside all the live long day cleaning a pumpkin shell...

...all enough to make mary stamp her feet I tell ya!

Why was it against the rule for Mary's little lamb to follow her to school? I think we should notify the SRA's, the Sheep's Rights Activists, because that nasty old teacher was discriminating against that poor, innocent, defenseless little lamb...

It was simply a local jurisdictional edict cited for the purposes of rescinding sheep patties in the school house.  That, coupled with the teacher being the mayor's wife...

Peter Piper pilfered proposed peck of pickled peppers, propagating propoganduous pretense of phony pickled pepper peck pilfers.

nx hunny I have it on good authority that the peck of pickled peppers peter piper picked was a given as a charitable donation to peter peter pumkin eater who had a wife and could`nt keep her, so he put her in a pumkin shell and fed her them pickled peppers  

This is a often believed, but nonetheless, incorrect understanding of the events at hand, as Peter Piper and Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater were not, in fact, contemporaries.  Pleasant fiction, but still fiction.
