Here you are Tigerlily...I Must Tell Jesus (Click to hear music)Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7
Words & Music: Elisha A. Hoffman, 1893. There was a woman to whom God had permitted many visitations of sorrow and affliction. Coming to her home one day, I found her much discouraged. She unburdened her heart, concluding with the question, "Brother Hoffman, what shall I do?" I quoted from the word, then added, "You cannot do better than to take all of your sorrows to Jesus. You must tell Jesus." For a moment she seemed lost in meditation. Then her eyes lighted as she exclaimed, "Yes, I must tell Jesus." As I left her home I had a vision of that joy-illuminated face?and I heard all along my pathway the echo, "I must tell Jesus. I must tell Jesus." Hoffman wrote these words after reaching home. I must tell Jesus all of my trials; I cannot bear these burdens alone; In my distress He kindly will help me; He ever loves and cares for His own.
Refrain I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus! I cannot bear my burdens alone; I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus! Jesus can help me, Jesus alone.
I must tell Jesus all of my troubles; He is a kind, compassionate friend; If I but ask Him, He will deliver, Make of my troubles quickly an end.
Refrain
Tempted and tried, I need a great Savior; One Who can help my burdens to bear; I must tell Jesus, I must tell Jesus; He all my cares and sorrows will share.
Refrain
O how the world to evil allures me! O how my heart is tempted to sin! I must tell Jesus, and He will help me Over the world the victory to win.
Refrain

FARTHER ALONG(Click to hear music)W. B. StevensTempted and tried we're oft made to wonder Why it should be thus all the day long. While there are others living about us, Never molested though in the wrong. Farther along we'll know all about it, Farther along we'll understand why; Cheer up, my brother, live in the sunshine, We'll understand it all by and by.
When death has come and taken our loved ones, It leaves our home so lonely and drear; Then do we wonder why others prosper, Living so wicked year after year. Farther along we'll know all about it, Farther along we'll understand why; Cheer up, my brother, live in the sunshine, We'll understand it all by and by.
Faithful till death said our loving Master. A few more days to labor and wait; Toils of the road will then seem as nothing As we sweep through the beautiful gate. Farther along we'll know all about it, Farther along we'll understand why; Cheer up, my brother, live in the sunshine, We'll understand it all by and by.
When we see Jesus coming in glory, When He comes from His home in the sky; Then we shall meet Him in that bright mansion We'll understand it all by and by. Farther along we'll know all about it, Farther along we'll understand why; Cheer up, my brother, live in the sunshine, We'll understand it all by and by.Used by permission of Stamps-Baxter Music & Printing Co.

Sister Pat,
Beautiful old hymns, beautiful arrangements, and beautiful words. I really enjoy the music, and enjoyment is magnified with the words and additional material you post with the music.
Sister, I just want to thank you again. It's nice to just lean back, close your eyes, enjoy the music, and think about Jesus.
Love In Christ, Tom

Sister Pat,
Thank you sincerely for the prayers. I see my doctor this afternoon, and I'm hoping that he changes a few things with my medicine.

THE BIBLE STANDS(Click title for music)The Bible stands like a rock undaunted 'Mid the raging storms of time; Its pages burn with the truth eternal, And they glow with a light sublime.
Refrain The Bible stands though the hills may tumble, It will firmly stand when the earth shall crumble; I will plant my feet on its firm foundation, For the Bible stands.
The Bible stands like a mountain towering Far above the works of men; Its truth by none ever was refuted, And destroy it they never can.
Refrain
The Bible stands and it will forever, When the world has passed away; By inspiration it has been given, All its precepts I will obey.
Refrain
The Bible stands every test we give it, For its Author is divine; By grace alone I expect to live it, And to prove and to make it mine.
Refrain

MY TRIBUTE(Click to hear music) by Andrae Crouch How can I say thanks for the things you have done for me? Things so undeservered, Yet You gave to prove Your love to me? The voices of a million angels Could not express my gratitude. All that I am and ever hope to be I owe it all to Thee.
To God be the glory, To God be the glory, To God be the glory, For the things He has done. With His blood He has saved me, With His power He has raised me, To God be the glory For the things He has done.
Just let me live my life Let it be pleasing, Lord, to Thee; And should I gain any praise, Let it go to Calvary.
With His blood He has saved me With His pow'r He has raised me, To God be the glory For the things He has done,

From Every Stormy Wind(Click to hear music) Author: Hugh Stowell, 1799-1865 Musician: Thomas Hastings, 1784-1872 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel. Exodus 25:22 From every stormy wind that blows, From every swelling tide of woes, There is a calm, a sure retreat; 'Tis found beneath the mercy seat.
There is a place where Jesus sheds The oil of gladness on our heads; A place than all besides more sweet; It is the blood bought mercy seat.
There is a scene where spirits blend, Where friend holds fellowship with friend; Though sundered far, by faith they meet Around one common mercy seat.
There, there, on eagles' wings we soar, And time and sense seem all no more; And heaven comes down, our souls to greet, And glory crowns the mercy seat.
Oh, let my hand forget her skill, My tongue be silent, cold, and still, This bounding heart forget to beat, If I forget the mercy seat!

How Great Thou Art(Click to hear music) O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder, Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made; I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power throughout the universe displayed.
Chorus: Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee, How great Thou art, How great Thou art. Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee, How great Thou art, How great Thou art!
And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing; Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in; That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing, He bled and died to take away my sin.
Chorus
When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation, And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart. Then I shall bow, in humble adoration, And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!"
Chorus [/color]
