You made some excellent points. Reference the Supreme Court, wouldn't it be great if we could vote those rascals in and out of those black robes?

Yes, that is unfortunate. They are really not accountable to anyone. They've recently proved the balance of powers envisioned by the founding fathers is broken. I think that a public flogging is in order.
