I interupt this nonuseful thread to bring some useful information to the sneakers megadose flaxseed oil! It will oil your joints and not even sincereheart will be able to keep up with you then  Sleep well  I already use flaxseed oil but, I thank you anyway. The flaxseed oil doesn't work on my fibromayalgia.  Which is what was acting up last night. guess you better use it the other way   dont get any on your sneakers!  |
