Maryanna, that was a great prayer. I'm just seeing these posts for the first time, and I'll join in prayer too. BEP, since you mentioned medication, I'd be happy to pray for you too, if that's okay.

Oklahoma Howdy to Whitehorse,

Thanks, I really appreciate that. I have a chronic illness involving considerable pain, but I really feel blessed to be alive. I've had some pretty good progress over the last several months, and I'm very thankful. Much of the progress is because of prayer.

Father, I give thanks for your blessings and provisions for your children. For those with family problems, I ask that you give guidance, patience, and peace. For those with health problems, I ask that you give skill to their doctors and comfort from pain. For those with financial problems, I ask that you give guidance and wisdom. For those who are serving their country around the world, I ask that you watch over them and protect them. Father, if it be your will, I ask for these things in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

BEP, God bless you, my friend. I'm happy to hear about your progress and I pray God will continue to increase it until you're healed.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Prayer is such a gift. Thank you for teaching us how then to pray and giving us a heart filled with Your love to lift up one another.  Thank you Father that here at CU we desire to use the technology of today for Your purposes.

Father, I specifically want to lift up Tigerlilly to You. You know what her heart is needing Father. I ask that she would have a spirit of worship surrounding her heart this very night to lift her heart and mind unto You Father.  In Psalm 119:111 your word says:   "Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart."  May Tigerlilly just be reminded of all the blessings and workings of You have done for her.  Grant her strength and Your healing touch.

Father, I also want to lift up my special brothers Whitehorse, Blackeyedpeas, Symphony and Ambassador4Christ before You. Lord what a joy it is to see the hearts of these men that love You and the ministries You have given to each of them active here at CU building up and teaching others.  I pray Your hedge about each of them.  I pray for their hearts to be strengthened and filled with Your wisdom and discernment over all that concerns each of them and their families.  Guide them Father to understand Your perfect will for the decisions they are making.  As men of valor may they just be blessed to be undergirded with Your joy and peace.  Guide them in Your word to the passages of Scripture You want them to feed on that they would hear Your voice.

Thank You for being our Holy, Gracious and Loving God.  We praise Your name and thank you for all You have done for us.

In Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Tonight we join together in prayer from all over the globe. Father, you know each person who comes to this forum. You know them intimately Father because You made them. You are the Creator and we honor You tonight. We thank you as our Faithful Heavenly Father.  We thank you that each one of us who love Your name have testimonies of Your faithfulness to us. Faithfulness of Your steadfast love, grace and provision. Father tonight there are many needs represented; healing needs either spiritually, emotionally or physically, provisional needs, relational skills, guidance to know Your will and direction, needs Father to know You deeper and fuller.

Give each here a hunger and thirst for Yourself that can only be quenched by wanting the presence of the Living God. Let the word become alive and as a balm to each here.  Father, we give You all the glory and ask that you would grant Your favor and that Your will would be done in each life respresented here.  How wonderful You are. May your word be for each as Psalm 119:114 indicates that Your word would be a refuge and a shield and in it we will hope.  Thank you Oh!God for all You have done.  We praise You the great I AM.

In Jesus Name,
amen.

Oklahoma Howdy to All,

I'm still away from home with my daughter's family. I give thanks for a handsome and healthy baby boy born 5-29-2003 at 8:10 AM. He was 7 lbs., 11 oz., and 21 inches long. Mother and baby are home from the hospital and doing great. Ty James is his name, and he already has grandpa wrapped around his little finger.

I have remembered the prayer needs, but I don't have much access to a computer right now. May God richly bless all of you, as HE has my family.

In Christ.

Oklahoma Howdy to All,

I really appreciate your prayers for my daughter and new grandson. Grandma and grandpa got home last night and are a little bit worn out.  Wink We remember now why young and strong parents are a big plus in taking care of babies. Ty James is very healthy and both ends work extremely well. We got a refresher course in bottle feeding and diaper changing. My daughter recovered quickly from the c-section. We decided to come home when she could run faster than we could.  Cheesy

Again, my sincere thanks for the prayers.

In Christ.
