I heard a little story the other day. It went like this: God and a scientist where sitting on a river bank discussing the past, the present and the future of man. The scientist leaned back against a large old poplar tree, and said, "We don't need you anymore, God. We can create life in a test tube. We can clone any animal we wish. Why we can even clone a human being. We likely could create a man if we put our mind to it."

God kind of grin and looking across the stream and thought back to the day he had set the river before them in motion, and he replied thoughtfully, "is that so?"

The scientist shook his head to affirm his comment.

"Okay," God answered. "If that is the case, let me see you create a man."

The scientist rose from his sitting position and going to the river's edge reached down and scooped up some mud.

"What are you doing?" God asked as he watched the scientist kneel over the lump of dirt before him.

"I am getting a little dirt to form the man's body."

"No, you don't." God raised his hand in protest. "That's my dirt, create your own. I had to."   Wink

Amen. God should have told the man to start off by creating himself first too.
