Good Evening,
I'm glad to have found ya'll. I am a mother of two absolutely wonderful adult children...my son just returned from an 18 month tour in the Middle East (an army medic) and is stationed in Hawaii , and my daughter is a college student as am I. I returned to Graduate school this summer after twenty years to pursue a PH.d in English. I have a husband who is a Godly and loving man and my best friend.

God has also blessed me with a great daughter-in-law who grew up right next door to us and a 3 year old grandson, the little love of my life.

I've been doing  a daily Bible study with a friend from England for a year and we are starting our third Joyce Meyers book that we also work through together.

I'm looking forward to making friends.

Hello lilahnee,

Welcome to CU.  Hope you'll stay awhile and am looking forward to reading your posts.

I am so very glad to hear that your son returned unharmed from the middle east.  Hawaii sounds like a great place for a vacation...............you have the perfect excuse, unless, of course, that's where you already live. Wink Smiley

Grace and peace,
cris

Hello Lilahnee,

WELCOME!!! We do have quite a few grandparents here, including me.

From your introduction, it sounds like you are one busy lady. Take a break from time to time and relax with us here. I look forward to our fellowship.

Love In Christ,
Tom
