Am not sure I'd call it hilarious.  I think it's an ingenious idea.
The person(s) who manufactured these will make a bundle.

Well, perhaps not "hilarious"
You didn't think the talking doll was funny? Huh Did you listen to it? I want one, or maybe two, or three, or more!

I thought they were "great".  I think I know what you mean by "hilarious or "funny".  Yea, I guess I'd agree with ya. These dolls will become collector items.  I guess they chose several of the best lines from the past presidents and recorded them.  I listened to a couple of them.  The authentic voices were the best, I thought.  Didn't think the voice of Lincoln fit his personality or, rather, the way he looks.  Did you?  Actually, I think they would be great teaching tools for our elementary students.  Most of them haven't the slightest idea who our past presidents were. I don't think the current graduates do either, for that matter. These dolls would probably help them to remember.  They've already retired the 1st edition R. Reagan.  I'd love to have the entire collection, and have them all displayed in a hugh cabinet behind glass.  Funny----cute----yea!

Thanks, Bronzesnake.

Hey, did I see somewhere on CU that today is your birthday?  Was it the 73rd?  Well, if I'm correct, a VERY Happy Birthday to you, good health, and many, many more.  If I'm incorrect, then the wish is a belated one. Grin Tongue

Grace and peace,

Ya, I'd like to get the entire collection but my wife would flip.
I have a huge collection of comic books and die cast cars, my favourite are the old Corgi cars...James Bond cars, F1 cars, Black Beauty from the Green Hornet, and the Monkey Mobile. I have hundreds of hotwheels, and several 1:18 scale classics such as the Tucker Torpedo, Farrari, and a really nice 1967 Pontiac GTO. I also have a lot of NHL hockey autographed paraphanelia, mostly from my Toronto Maple Leafs. I have a lot of Beatles stuff...I just collect a bit of everything, so I'm afraid to mention these dolls...but I will!

It wasn't my birthday, it was another poster "BigD" that I wished a happy birthday to. I'm 42.

 Take care my friend...
