I don't have much time to cook, but I do like to make favorite foods. What are your favorite fast recipes? Here's one to start:

Quick Chicken Fricassee
Remove skin from chicken pieces. In a dutch oven, sautee chicken in your choice of butter or margarine and oil (Olive oils is reported to reduce bad cholesterol.) with garlic and pepper to taste. When chicken is browned, add 1 can of tomato soup and one can of french onion soup. Simmer for 45 min- 1 hour, adding frozen peas/carrots five minutes before the shicken is done cooking. Serve with rice. Foor prep time: 3 minutes.

Thanks, sounds good. I will post some recipes in the near future.
