Hey!  Is anybody out there shy like me?  I'd like to know.  (I put this questions in another post in the "about you" section, but I didn't realize till now that I should've put it here.)

Grin LOL, you guys are funny...

Symphony summed it up for me...the internet allows me to be the social butterfly I won't allow myself to be in the real world.

(In other words, yes I am very shy when offline--far from it when online  Grin)

I use to be painfully shy when I was young.  Part of the reason was due to very low self-image.  I use to let people walk all over me and tell me what to do.  I never really thought for myself.  Because of different circumstances in my life I have had to learn to stand up to people and do a lot of painful confronting.  I have learned a lot through those experiences and each time I have had to confront someone--it get's easier.

I really think I have missed out on a lot of things in life due to my shyness, but it is something I have truly overcome.  God has been with me through the difficult times and He continues to.

I am outgoing and tend to speak my mind too much at times, but I feel great that I can do that now.
