Brothers an Sisters,
I'm on a diet, so I just found out a BIG list of weaknesses:
Cheese and other diary products, especially ice cream.
Peanuts, cashews, and almonds.
Bacon and other fatty meats.
Sugar and more sugar.
Fried foods.
Bread.
Potatoes.

However, I have found some things that are really good and legal:
Lean, skinless meats that are broiled, grilled, or baked without oils. Chicken breast with lemon pepper is now one of my favorites. Believe it or not, lean hamburger cooked correctly is good for you. Turkey and some types of fish have also become favorites.
I replaced some of the tastes that I really enjoy with spices instead of the fat and carb loaded additives that are normally used during or after cooking. I discovered garlic has a very pleasant taste when used in small quantities. It is possible to have good tasting food without all of the fat and carbs.
It appears that potatoes are my biggest weakness. I can have them a couple of times a week, but they have to be baked or boiled and without the butter, sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits. They are really pretty good just plain, with some garlic salt and lemon pepper. BUT, I look at them and imagine butter, sour cream, and all of the trimmings piled on.
Love In Christ,
Tom
