Brothers and Sisters, I give you my sincere thanks for your prayers. I have a concrete answer from my doctor there is no sign of infection back in my spine. I had a fairly lengthy MRI this afternoon and will see my doctor on September 9th about final results from all the tests. At this point, I already know that I will be around for a few more years. God has given me a peace now that I'm really not worried or scared about what the doctor might want to be done. Surgery is possible, but the peace God has already given me is more than sufficient for anything. My prayers were answered, and I give thanks for your prayers. I believe in the power of prayer. Once upon a time, I prayed that God would let me live long enough to finish raising my children. That would have been the year 2000. I'm a pretty bumbling, fumbling servant pretty often, but I don't think God is through working on me yet.  Love In Christ, Tom |

Wantobebetter, Thanks!, I appreciate that. I do have a broken body, but I know that God doesn't plan for me to use it long. God has been good to me and my family. I have nothing but praise for God, and I'm happy and waiting for whatever He has for me. Our days here are short, and I give thanks that our real citizenship is in Heaven.
