It's some sort of croocked, mindbent concience-seared mentality

Hitler and Mohammed saw themselves as a sort of Messiah. Unfortunately, most people are looking for a worldly Messiah, including the Jews. Therefore, they will believe any man who claims to be able to solve their problems. When the Muslims find someone who will save them from their "enemies" they worship him. When the jews find someone who will save them from their "enemies" they will also worship him. Jesus knows that the only reali enemy is Satan's hold on us and he is the only one who can conquer Satan.
