Good bye Ronald Reagan, may the Lord take you into his arms and bless you. For you have blessed the world. With the Berlin wall coming down, the rest of the world has come to know God. Russia, and the other soviet block countries now, can recieve the Lords word.
You have carried you mission out. Well done soldier, this warrior will miss you.
May you rest in peace always, in the Lords arms.

Overheard.....Ronald Reagan:

"They say the world has become too complex for simple answers.
They are wrong.

There are no easy answers ... but there are simple answers.
We must have the courage to do what we know is morally right."

So long Mr. Reagan.  I cried when you died.
Thank you for all you did for our country.
See you in Heaven!  Smiley

Nancy has been through such a difficult time...I cried when she said goodbye at the funeral. She has been so strong.

What a great guy. The funeral was really sad, too. We Americans owe him so much.

At first I wasn't very interested, but as I watched the programs that highlighted some things he said, and watched a part of the funeral's sermon in the afternoon, I was touched at his Christianity. I am now grateful for his influence, and I am very grateful for his children's short speeches at the sunset burial.
They delivered a short message about Christianity.
And I was happy that the songs he had wanted were all hymns--beautiful old ones.
I hope that God used the speeches and the hymns, and the funeral's sermon to reach the lost.

I remember when Reagan was President.  He had such a sweet character on the whole.  I told my daughter that he was pretty much the last one to be so well rounded.
My mother cherished him also.  So, it was a sad farewell remembering all the touching whole hearted smiles and encouraging remarks.
Obviously, God blessed many people by this man.
Wonder if this will help ease the iniquity in politics this year?
Think they might have a conscience to follow the remembered leader?  I hope so.
