Shouldn't all married men forget their mistakes? After all there's no sense in two people remembering the same things right?

If at first you don't succeed, shouldn't you try doing it like your wife told you to?

Why do men forget everything and women remember everything?

If diamonds are a girl's best friend and a dog is man's best friend, who really is the dumber sex?

Why do women always ask questions that have no right answers?

Imagine a man coming home at 2 am from a night out with
the guys from work, and getting met at the door by his irate wife wielding a broom, and asking her:

"Are you cleaning or getting ready to fly somewhere?"

I don't want the stuff that most women want.  What would come in handy is a man that is dedicated his life fully to following the Lord.  That means sports sacrificed on the table of sacrifices.  There's nothing more disgusting to me then having to sit around on sunday and hear the fuzzy noise of the crowds cheering on sports games.  If we must watch a game we should go see it in person.

Now, it's not so much the sports that bothers me.  What bothers me is that most men really aren't that dedicated to the Lord.  I feel like if they were REALLY close to the Lord, they would have no interest in sports.  I can understand getting excited about local games and local teams but all this sitting for eons on end watching game after game just to be having sports on TV makes me sick.

Of course, I've dated men that don't like sports.  That's not the issue.  I want a man that LOVES sports but LOVES the Lord more than sports.  Now that would be a dedicated follower.  A man that gave up sports for the Lord.  Now, the thing is I have to find him AFTER he gave up sports on his own, because what I take no pleasure in doing is talking people into giving up stuff for the Lord.  I think that the only way folks should give up stuff for the Lord is when they are talking to the Lord, and the Lord asked them to give it up.

So, actually, it's not so much about sports then.  I want a man that walks and talks with the Lord yet knows he's a servant of the Lord.  and still goes to the game every now and then because that man has full dedication yet balance.  I haven't seen that in a single man yet.

I don't know why you asked.  There's more.  should I continue.

Doing unto others as you would have them do unto you would include not finding your neighbor's biggest fault and then harping on it as if it were your mission.

Grin  But you have to go to the actual games.  Then that would be a good and blessed thing.

An old Arthurian legend says that one of the mysteries that had to be answered by Arthur and his knights was, "What do women really want?"

According to Rosemary Sutcliff's version (ahhh, a romantic!), the answer is, "HER OWN WAY."   Huh
