I am so happy I found this site!!!  I belong to other forums but nothing as enlightning as this one!  Well, I am a nail technician in CA., and doing people's nails you hear soooo many stories.  Both good and bad.   A lot of people know that, they are missing something in their life but don't quite know what it is.  That is where I like to step in and talk about our Savior, Jesus Christ!

But, there are times....I'm at a loss of words.  How do I bring him up and have my client want to listen?  So, that is why I'm here.  To learn how to talk about Christ and what he's done in my life.  I think I can bring a lot of people to Him.  So, with you're guy's help....I think we all can do this!   Grin  Truthfully, IM SO EXCITED I FOUND YOU GUYS!!!!  I think this is what I really needed!  Well thanks in advance!!!

Oklahoma Howdy to Nancy8867,

I sincerely hope you enjoy Christians Unite. You will find numerous posts on Christians Unite that deal with witnessing, but this topic really deserves a separate thread. I would love to see you start this thread. I think that it would be a great discussion that many people are interested in.

I honestly think that God gives His children opportunities to witness. It's just a matter of listening and recognizing it. Some situations would be much more difficult than others. When someone is down, talking about a crisis, or some other monstrous and negative event, that may be an opportunity God gave you to witness. You might start with something as simple as, "Jesus can give you strength, comfort, and guidance. Do you have Jesus in your heart?"

I look forward to reading your posts.

In Christ,
Tom

Hi nancy8867, welcome to CU!

Great question!   I agree with BEP about starting a new thread on this.  That would be a great discussion.  Off the top of my head, you could tell your clients you've found a formula that is out of this world for nails that will never break or chip again! lol  Grin

Welcome Nancy!

Reba, you need lots of calcium, biotin, and lots of fruits and veggies.  That should help with the breaking nails.  Oh, don't forget lots of cuticle oil too! Grin

Thanks you guys for replying.  You already have given me good introductions!  Hopefully, today at work, I'll get to use some and then I will tell you how it went!
