Oklahoma Howdy to All,

Here's a few portions of beautiful Scripture to help you have a Happy Wednesday!

I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.  Psalms 104:33

Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.  Psalms 105:3.

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!  Psalms 107:8.

He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great.  Psalms 115:13.

The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.  Psalms 118:14.

This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.  Psalms 118:24.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  Psalms 121:1.

Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.  Psalms 124:8.

Cause me to hear thy loving kindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.  Psalms 143:8.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.  Isiah 26:3.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Tom,

Good Morning to you,

My favorite of these is;

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Isiah 26:3.

I was thinking last night, how that the same God who gives Grace and Mercy to believe to the saving of the Soul, will answer prayer, and give comfort in times of trials and tribulation, enough to endure the testing of Faith.

Thansk for sharing..

Blessings,

Petro

Oklahoma Howdy to Brother Petro,

You are most welcome. Isaiah 26:3 is also one of my favorite portions of Scripture. It's good to think about in the morning and several times during the day.

Funny you should mention this one Petro.  As I read through these verses, that is the same one that jumped out at me.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Isiah 26:3.

WOW!  Are we EVER on different pages of the Bible!  My morning reading included:

Ecclesiastes 4:1-2
Wherefore I praised the dead which are already dead more than the living which are yet alive.
Yea, better is he than both they, which hath not yet been, who hath not seen the evil work that is done under the sun.

Night and Day!
I like you guy's verses better!!!  Grin Grin

PS - Did you ever wonder if the "Preacher" who wrote Ecclesiastes was at a particularly 'somber' point in his life?

Covering your tracks is futile; God knows where you're going and where you've been.
