Can a divorced woman be allowed to remarry with the blessing of the church? be it she being an unbeliever or believer? And vice versa also to a divorced man's situation?

If such an instance happened, is the Pastor responsible for any biblical violations?

Is it biblical to call a pastor "apostle"? or a church leader a prophet?
Im kinda new believer and as time goes by I encounter such things I am barely aware of as a Christian.

It's good to hear you are staying. Though I'm new in this forum, it feels like knowing you guys for so long. We'll pray for each and everyone to be strong and persevering for the greater glory of God thru Jesus Christ. 1] Do we really need a pastor before starting up a church? or as long as there is an organized group of elders?
2] If the church is still infant, what is the proper way of choosing elders, or considering one as an elder of the church?
3] Can we organize a church even without a pastor or group of elders since we are new believers, and in the process invite Pastor/s for preaching,bible study, and/or teaching?

1]Why is it that we have to ask permission from our Pastor before attending other churches?
2]Are we not freely allowed to attend other churches with the same teaching but different church name?

Hello again brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus 

I hope you can share to me your opinions(biblically) regarding this matter, so that it will help me too in weighing my opinions and advices towards my friend Pastora.

We have a woman friend whom I will refer to as Pastora and his fiance a Pastor. Both of them work in different churches.
 
> Pastor is separated from his wife. His wife left him and their children for another man.
> Pastora has not been married or very much single but engaged to Pastor
> Pastora is very much accepted by the children of Pastor

Most Pastors and church members they both know disagree with their relationship.

Are they allowed to stand as church leaders?
Can they marry?

If their relationship is unacceptable, what  verse/s  in the bible will prove them wrong?
In case their relationship is acceptable, again what bible verse/s will prove them right?
