61  Theology / Prophecy - Current Events / Will this be the marked? 2 Workers Have Chips Embedded Into Them on: February 13, 2006, 11:07:33 PM
2 Workers Have Chips Embedded Into Them

CINCINNATI - Tiny silicon chips were embedded into two workers who volunteered to help test the tagging technology at a surveillance equipment company, an official said Monday.

The Mexico attorney general's office implanted the so-called RFIDs — for radio frequency identification chips — in some employees in 2004 to restrict access to secure areas. Implanting them in the workers at CityWatcher.com is believed to be the first use of the technology in living humans in the United States.

Sean Darks, chief executive of the company, also had one of the chips embedded.

"I have one," he said. "I'm not going to ask somebody to do something I wouldn't do myself. None of my employees are forced to get the chip to keep their job."

The chips are the size of a grain of rice and a doctor embedded them in the forearm just under the surface of the skin, Darks said.

They work "like an access card. There's a reader outside the door; you walk up to the reader, put your arm under it, and it opens the door," Darks said.

Darks said the implants don't enable CityWatcher.com to track employees' movements.

"It's a passive chip. It emits no signal whatsoever," Darks said. "It's the same thing as a keycard."

CityWatcher.com has contracts with six cities to provide cameras and Internet monitoring of high-crime areas, Darks said. The company is experimenting with the chips to identify workers with access to vaults where data and images are kept for police departments, he said.

The technology predates World War II, but has appeared in numerous modern adaptations, such as tracking pets, vehicles and commercial goods at warehouses.

After Hurricane Katrina, as body counts mounted and missing-person reports multiplied, some morgue workers in Mississippi used the tiny computer chips to keep track of unidentified remains.

He is talking to the church here in Corinth not necessarily all Christians. As we all know it is possible for some to attend church all their lives and still not be saved. In this situation there were people of influence that were telling the Christians that it was ok to continue in their sins without regard to the teachings of Christ and without feeling any convictions for doing so.

I know a Christian who have received Jesus Christ, a Christian who was really passionate to saved a soul. And who for a long time have been living a Christian life.  Because of he is passionate in saving life he told us that he will talk to the prostitutes. What he did is go to the night clubs and really talk to them.  We talked to him that he will be tempted there but he said who will go to them. so he goes almost every week, then everyday. I do not what happened coz' he was not able to come to church one time and i heard that he is committing adultery.  Some talked to him about it but he just slowly went his way and he transferred to another town. I do not know what happened but I grieved for him. Now Pastor Roger, if the man did not repent, is the man saved still?

Which verse 1 do you mean here, there are 6 chapters? Chapter 5? That is the chapter in which Paul specifically mentions fornication. We have the statement in this verse of  "liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." This is saying that we are not under the law (bondage), it does not mean that we are to take all liberties and sin as we desire. When a person is saved such things will be known to us as wrong and we should do all we can to attempt not to do them. It does not mean that if we have a moment of weakness that we will be condemned to death.

I am tlaking about chapter 5

Before i continue with the topic, i would like to tell everyone that please don't (especially when addressing me).. please don't say that it is the fault of othere people or my church (or any church).  I am responsible for i say (i don't want somebody else blamed about it). Jesus will judge me for what i do or say (accept) not what other told me.

Now going back to the topic, i have two question

In Corinthians, he is talking to Christians right? What happen then to the person in I Corinthinas Chapter 5? The person who is a fornicator/adulterer?  If he will not repent is he saved?

In Galatians, he is talking also tho Christains right? What does verse one means? And Why would he tell them again about Adultery, fornications and others; and warn them that those who do this will not inherit the the kingdom of God?

I hope God will use someone to answer this and if i am in the darkness in this, light will come.

He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. (Revelation 3:5 - KJV)
This means that when you do not repent from our sin we will be blotted out in the book of life.

For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? (Hebrews 10:26-30 - KJV)
those who already received Jesus and sin but do not repent will be severely punished.

Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. (Romans 11:20-22 - KJV)
if we are receptive to God's warnings against sin and we harden our hearts, we will be cut off from the branch (Jesus Christ)

So, we should focus our eyes, hearts and minds to God.  Keep watch of our actions and our heart. Repent when you have sinned.
65  Theology / Debate / WHAT ABOUT PASTORS WHO LET THIER CHILDREN... on: February 04, 2006, 05:17:44 AM
The first thing you should do is pray about. Ask God for guidance...  If you read the Bible, what you do here is be bold... Tell what is wrong because as i see it people in your Church have been blinded.  Confront if you need to; but, if you do you have to have a fellow Christian who stand in the thruth.

I forgot the exact verse where Paul confront the church where there is an adultery going on.  If your church will not face the problem it has; the punishment of God may be felt by all.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.  (GENESIS 1:28 - KJV)

And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. (GENESIS 9:1 - KJV)

And the name of the second called he Ephraim: For God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction. (GENESIS 41:52 - KJV)

See our children is our fruit, so why would we get rid of that when we are commanded to have it. And it was our choice why you or me have a child. don't we know that it is a result of what we do, if we don't want a child then abstain.
