1  Theology / Apologetics / Persecution on: July 18, 2005, 09:24:14 PM
I have known and met many people that have faced Persecution for various reasons, and I have been persecuted for being Christian, but no where near the extent of what they have faced.

We are entering a time when Christians are facing more Persecution than ever.  Watchdog groups may keep count of the acts of violence, human rights violations, what groups, nations and governments are doing to Christians, we must not learn hate.  We must remember to love those that persecute us and pray for them and never take retaliation.

The purpose of this is, THEIR soul.  We know where we are going when we die, especially if it's by the hands of the persecutor.  They aren't going to the same place, that is the saddest part of all and exactly why they need our prayers and love.

The Flip Side to Persecution is Christians weak in their walk with the Lord may be willing to comprise their beliefs to save face.  Which it turns out, that person is lying to whomever, and their selves.
2  Welcome / Questions, help, suggestions, and bug reports / Thank You! on: July 18, 2005, 09:05:52 PM
I would like to Thank Everyone in this Forum for accepting me and not speaking out against the Message, Love and Salvation of Christ and the (so-far) warm reception I have received.

I do however, will still go out bringing The Word to those that are lost in both cyberspace in "real" life.

Thank You and God Bless!
3  Theology / Apologetics / The Revelations on: July 18, 2005, 07:30:24 PM
The signs of the End Times and Jesus Christ's second coming are all around us in our headlines and right in front of us.  This is a time to rejoice that Satan's reign is nearing the End.  It is also the time to worry about our lost sheep and our friends, the Non-believers and Anti-believers.   Even if they reject you, they may not reject Christ.

I have thought and prayer about the purpose of The Book of Revelations, looking more than just it being a warning of things to come.  I believe the intent is to serve as a message of hope to all and a manual for those left behind.

Even STILL have faith that those you are trying to reach out to will accept Christ and Repent, in God's final and very last chance for Salvation.

4  Fellowship / Witnessing / Witnessing to Atheists and Liberal Christians on: July 18, 2005, 05:47:04 PM
I was recently banned from www.christianforums.com for witnessing to the Liberal Christians on there, they were offended by the truth.  As for witnessing to Atheists and Liberal Christians on the internet it is difficult and frusterating.  They have their version of the "truth", then there is THE TRUTH, The Word and The Will of God.  It's not cryptically, it's spelled out.  God's Commandments to Jesus's promise of Salvation to the rules and guidelines to living a joyful and fullfilling life.

While debating with someone that has no moral compass but their own is impossiable, debating in general about these spiritual matters is not recommended.

It's tough to say, but people will accept it if they want to, God has given all of us free will to accept his Salvation or reject it.

I learned long ago when I was handing out Bible tracts not to engage in debates and arguements with people, but to only offer The Word.   When I do engage in debates it's been with Theologically Liberal Christians that are giving wrong and harmful information to new Believers and non-believers, which is ultimately harming the new believers, causing the non-believers to stay non-believers, cause problems with-in the congregration, and furthering the discontent towards Chrisitianity.

The biggest lack is in CHARITY.  Love in Action.  We must love eachother enough to tell them where they are wrong.  Would you allow your young children to play in the street and then you child influenced another child to play in the street?   Hopefully you would not.

While we are out Witnessing to the lost sheep, remember God's lost children.

Edited for context Error!!
5  Fellowship / You name it!! / Liberal Theology on: July 17, 2005, 08:57:08 PM
I consider Liberal Christian Theology to be anything that is out of line with Standard Christian beliefs.  I strongly believe Liberal Christian Theology is hurting the believers and turning people away.

Someone that may be trying to get away and out of their current lifestyle may look towards Christianity for help and towards Jesus for Salvation, If they are running into people that dub themselves "Christians", but anything behave and speak anything but Christ-like, that is subtly saying "Christ can not save you".  Then what is the point of salvation or beliefs or trying to find The True joy?

A Church divided cannot stand.  There has been much speculation about the Next Pope (After Benedict 16th) is going to be out of line with Christian Theology and be the most Liberal Pope ever in Church history, that will cause the Roman Catholic church to divide.

This is only speculation... But it's already happening and has been happening in the Protestant Church.  "We will interupt the Teachings of Christ, God's Will and Word to fit our secular beliefs" is the wrong idea and is leading towards an apostasy.

6  Fellowship / You name it!! / Avoid a False Christian Site www.christianforums.com on: July 17, 2005, 02:10:09 PM
I was recently banned for "Trolling" from www.christianforums.com because I was bringing them the truth.   They have a perverted Liberal Christian Theology and warp the basic knowledge of Christ.  I was pointing out That The Da Vinci Code was Fiction, Jesus Died for our Sins, Turning away from sin and asking for forgiveness is repentence, among other things.  And this was in the debate forum at that, not a clearly titled "Liberal Theology" forum which they already had set-up.

It's really quite irritating.  Especially since they call it "Trolling" when I was speaking the truth.
