1  Theology / General Theology / Re:Are lawsuits unchristian? on: June 20, 2005, 09:52:56 AM
Man that VA story is scary?  But that is how the government is......they pay high salariesssss to people who could care less about the vets in their care. its a shame.
2  Theology / Debate / Re:Bibles on: June 20, 2005, 09:13:16 AM
So right there Judgenot.......it's all personal prefence........if you look at most of the bibles and take for instance John 3-6 they all say the same thing......I think commercialism and man's need for money has brought all these different arrays around.  Another of Satan's tactics to confuse and destroy us.
3  Theology / Debate / Re:Well, What do you think did he or didn't he? on: June 20, 2005, 08:28:14 AM
I'm of the belief that there may be a smoking gun  here,  But atty Tom Sneddton should have stayed far away from this because in my opinion he and the mother of the child brought the case down.  Heck even Micheal Jackson was  in a state of shock as I sure he seen his life pass before his eyes......but our God is a God of a second chance.  Thats what he does isn't it!  I fear Jackson will not seek help now for fear the press will find out about it and crucify him......I feel there is a defenite need for some type of therapy here.  But the real crime is, and the eople who should be arrested is the parents who leave their children in that situation.......he has been accussed on two previous occassions......Neverland or not my child would not attend unless I'm there 24/7 watching everything........so these parents have got a big problem a big one!!!!!!  they ought to arrested for child endangerment.
4  Theology / Debate / Re:Jehovia's Witnesses Just what are they? on: June 20, 2005, 08:18:23 AM
the old saying is true believe in nothing and you can fall for anything.......on that note.......what is with them not taking blood products in life threatening instances.  Yeah I have a lot of em knock on my door.......it has gotton to the point I see them coming I say threw the door I don't want to hear it....go next door maybe they will!  So who exactly is Jesus to them?
5  Theology / Debate / Re:Well, What do you think did he or didn't he? on: June 17, 2005, 01:27:51 PM
that is a very good point my friend.....very good point indeed.  I missed the interview but I bet it was good.  He has a point about the press they definately tainted the story one way just a tad.
6  Theology / Debate / Jehovia's Witnesses Just what are they? on: June 17, 2005, 11:04:10 AM
Ok, for most of my life I have heard that the Jehovia's witnesses are a cult!  Can someone clear this matter up for once and for all!  Do they read the bible!?  Why does it seem that they pick what they want out and simple twist it to fit the message they want to betray..............
7  Theology / Debate / Well, What do you think did he or didn't he? on: June 17, 2005, 10:58:41 AM
Sure you all have heard the verdic on the Micheal Jackson case!  Well I'm very interested to hear your take on this situation.  Do you think his money got him over.......or could it be that he is inocent?  Why is it so hard to believe that the Lord who is a lawyer in your courtroom worked thru his atty and showed up and showed out?
8  Theology / Debate / Re:What is the difference? on: June 10, 2005, 02:52:06 PM
Not trying to be ignorant guys just saying this person after listening to a sermon on this asked me this......I'm just checking to see if this is an all dificult Statement or question for someone to digest.  Trying to keep it real.
9  Theology / Debate / Re:Why did he "create" homosexuality? on: June 10, 2005, 01:43:14 PM
I feel the emotions the Lord created in us were for man and woman, for the purpose of them joining,, and as like everything the Lord has created the deviled has found some way to defile it thus we have homosexuality.  A deviation from the norm, from the good.  The Lord told his disciples in the beginning that he would not be speaking with them long,  because the ruler of this world cometh.  He has control of everything here,  including some folks.   And you are so right about the Lord giving us free will...........and their are choices we have to make.......and your friends choice I regret to say will have devastating consequences.
10  Theology / Debate / What is the difference? on: June 10, 2005, 11:59:15 AM
Ok,  lets say we all have faith,  but do you really,  have the faith....what is the difference in untill death..........as oppsed to unto death?
11  Theology / Debate / healthcare ministries on: June 08, 2005, 03:29:06 PM
Ok I need your help here.......are their any bible verses that pertain to the healthcare ministries in church?  I know their are plenty of reference to nurses....but I can't find any that have verses.  please help!!!!!   HuhHuhHuh?Do you feel that everyone in the healthcare ministry should be a nurse or someone in the healthcare industry?  Feedback needed.
12  Theology / Debate / Re:The Book of Revelations.....The Antichrist! on: June 03, 2005, 09:01:06 AM
MY! MY! MY! This has certainly been a lively discussion.....I have been reading most of the thoughts and they are very impressive to say the least.  This is such a revelevant subject given the times we are living in now.  Imagine what the masses know or don't know about this ....how will they collectively agree on who or just what the antichrist is or isn't, which I fear can result in a lot of lost souls. Thanks for the feedback and keep it coming.
13  Prayer / General Discussion / Re:OK! What's Your Opinion. on: June 03, 2005, 08:22:03 AM
I still don't see any proof in the bible that woman should be deacons in the church and I feel there is a reason for that....don't you!
14  Prayer / General Discussion / Re:Men!!!!Why is so hard to get them to the church. on: June 03, 2005, 08:18:54 AM
Yeah you right they enjoy it and but as far as bible study and other church activities they do not seem to do this with enthusiasm.  Good point Tibby I never thought of that.  what have you found to work in getting them there...some people tell me it is almost like a game........ you have to play with them almost some kind of trickery.
15  Theology / Debate / Re:The Book of Revelations.....The Antichrist! on: May 31, 2005, 03:42:57 PM
I'm not here to offend anyone Tibby......so back down.......this is just a point of discussion...and we can certainly agree to disagree in a Christain spirit.  I'm wondering where you are coming from this this herasy stuff.......wheres your scriptual support......or are you just speaking your opinion.  I'm certainly not out to make you mad or angry....so calm down.  That's what is so beautiful about us human being......everyone thinks differently according to where they have been in their life.  Now me I want proof straight from the bible.....and I want to read it for myself/////////so I welcome you to show me where you are getting your information from.  I'll be waiting!   Have a Blessed Day.
