31  Fellowship / You name it!! / Re:The Third Heaven on: October 14, 2004, 03:22:36 PM
I made a comment about more then one level or more than one heaven and here is the mention of it.

IICorinthians 12:1-4

What do you think the apostle Paul was talking about, when he said,"God knows-such a one was caught up to the third heaven."

Good question. I've never thought about that!! However, I've never heard of it Before now! I'll do some reasearch, and get back to you. Maybe Dreamweaver could explane it!! He's AWZM, and knows a lot about the Bible!!!

32  Fellowship / You name it!! / Blaspheme on: October 14, 2004, 03:01:14 PM
 ???Blaspheme Huh
OK... We had a class about this a few weeks ago, and it's gotten' to where it upsets me a little. So I want to know someone elses P.O.V.!!

Mark 3:29 But whoever blasphemes aginst the Holy Sprit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an enternal sin"My preacher decribed Blaspheme as "Rejecting God; reject calvary/Jesus; and reject the Holy Sprit"

~However, could this really be something that is forever?
~Could someone's heart really be so cold and hard that God would never be able to use them in any way?
~How many people are walking around, are like this?
~To never be able to repent for what you have done?

God's love is everlasting!!! From the east to the west!!! I guess this would be beyond my grasp. Anyone know how to maybe explane it better???

33  Theology / Debate / Re:A Question for Christians. on: October 14, 2004, 02:42:08 PM
All sin is equal. Killing someone, is just as bad as having sex before you are married. However, that does bring up a good question.
In Mark 3:28-30 (if I'm not mistaken') it talks about blasphemes against the Holy Sprit. Thiat this is the ultimate sin. My preacher called this the unforgivable sin. But I thought that all sins where forgivable??!?
34  Theology / Debate / Re:Tattoo on: October 14, 2004, 02:35:26 PM
I don't mean this to offend anyone. I myself have a tat. However, dosn't the Bible say that our bodies are tempels, and we should honor them? This is why I'm asking this question. People have told me that since I have a tattoo, that it's something that is against God's will, since it is "defiguring His tempel"

Please forgive my spelling. I haven't slept the past few days, so I know it's looking rough!!!
35  Entertainment / Poetry/Prose / Frontline (By Piller) on: October 14, 2004, 12:50:20 AM
:)I'm hopen' this came out the way that I wanted it to!! This is part of a song called Frontline by a band called Piller!! It's an AWZM song, and I've fallen' in love with it!!

"it's not like I'm walkin alone into the valley of the shadow of Death stand beside oneanother cause it ain't over yet and I'd be willing to bet that we don't back down you and I'll be the ones that are holding the crown in the end...Everybody with your fist raised high, let me hear your battle cry tonihgt stand beside me or step aside, we're on the frontline"

37  Theology / Debate / Re:Can psychics really see the past/future? on: October 13, 2004, 12:26:55 AM
unsure. I don't B-leave that the people on TV are real. But I think that God does give people "special powers" called gifts.
38  Theology / Debate / Tattoo on: October 13, 2004, 12:24:50 AM

39  Fellowship / You name it!! / Re:who else is 20? on: October 13, 2004, 12:22:27 AM
I'm 20!!! It's kind of an odd age!! You feel all grown up, and think like a woman, but you see there is still see that there are some things that you still can't quite do on your own!!! LOL
40  Theology / Prophecy - Current Events / Re:How sad.... on: October 13, 2004, 12:20:06 AM
If there is something that the docters could do for the child to keep him/her alive, then I say go for it. If the parents can't cope with the problems their child will have, then they can put him/her up for adoption.
On the other hand however, if it is too much for the child, and it's life is taken' so soon, let the parents know that the child will be with God. And he/she searved it's purpose for what ever God intended!!!
41  Entertainment / Poetry/Prose / Re:They/Him on: October 13, 2004, 12:15:39 AM
Why?

It's a nice poem, but can you help shed some light on the exact meaning?

42  Entertainment / Poetry/Prose / Footprints on: October 13, 2004, 12:13:55 AM
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD.

Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand: one belonging
to him, and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.

He noticed that many times along the path of
his life there was only one set of footprints.

He also noticed that it happened at the very
lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he
questioned the LORD about it:

"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow
you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when
I needed you most you would leave me."

The LORD replied:

"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."
