Well, I happen to believe that the rapture will happen before the time of wrath. I am really not sure if that will be before the tribulation begins or during or in the middle. We will all have to wait and see.
Anyway, Jesus relates the return of His kingdom to two stories in
Luke 17:22 and another in
verse 26. He tells us how Noah and his family and then Lot in verse 26 were taken from harms way before destruction struck suddenly.
I don't agree with all of the views or the author of 'unsalvation'. I agree that those who are planning things out in their minds concerning when Christ is going to return, thinking they have time to mess around and sin, are playing a dangerous game.
I, however, am not an overassumer and do believe that the rapture will be pre or mid tribulation. And we are instructed to be on the lookout for his return.
1 Thessalonians 5:9-For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
