Experience is what happens when you keep making the same mistake over and over again.
A pessimist is an optimist with experience.

Okay, well, then, what would everybody think about the following:
1) Jesus Christ is our Saviour, but the Old Testament, or the law, is still an insight into the mind of God. True, it doesn't save--Jesus saves. Still, the law is to be aware of, and understood. Yesterday I read the verse in Deuteronomy, that you shall include a parapet around your roof, to keep someone from falling off. Another interesting verse, that men and women shall not switch clothes. Wouldn't "studying to show thyself approved..." include those old, too? Isn't that an insight into the mind of God?
2) Secondly, what do you think about the chief justice, Moore, there in Alabama--West Point graduate, Viet Nam vet, paying for himself and planting in the state Supreme Court there, a monument of the Ten Commandments? (I think the case now is going to the federal Supreme Court?).

I'm having twouble modifying my profile. I keep punching in my password as instructed, but it keeps coming back as incorrect.
Also, I can't get the smilies to stick.
If it turns out I can't come back as Symphony, I will try to come back as "Lurch"(in low, deep voice, "You rang?").

Carrot juice. Make it yourself in a juicer, or one brand in a 12 oz can, Hollywood brand, just pure carrot, nothing added, or others, next to the other juices at your grocer's. It's expensive, but will give you three 4 oz servings that can keep several days in the fridge. It will really help even just general health. ONe lady told me her eyes couldn't take the brightness of snow; she started drinking carrot and celery juice combined, for cancer she had, and she said the snow no longer bother her eyes. And that was 35 years ago. She's still living, fine, 85--recovered from the cancer, too. Even just a glass every other day or so.
Smoothies. I've not tried these yet myself, but they sound refreshing and very nourishing. Your favorite veggies and/or fruits, I think, into a blender, pour and indulge.
If you are a lucky guest at the aging actor Clint Eastwood's abode, I understand he might make you one(hehe--"Go ahead, creep, Make My Day!").

Two nice improvements I've noticed so far, too: The messages indicator at the top also distinguishes between new and old ones.
Also, when replying to an IM, the original message is included underneath, for easy referral to what they said.
NIce.
