Calling God a liar depends on which interpretation is true!

Until something is reavealed in scriptural teaching I subscribe to the thought that it is the string of popes and the system over which he presides.  More seems to fit than anything else I've read or  heard.

Such as the pope or do you have any other suggestions? 

1.  Because Christ is one person is no proof the anti-Christ is one as well.

2.  666 is indeed the # of man (  failiure after failure, never  reaching perfection ) but its no proof of a  "false trinity".

3.  666 is the # of man but no proof the anti- Christ is such.  Is it possible the "man of sin" bespeaks a system of unbelief and deception"?

4.  Is it possible you have assumed too much?

My understanding is that the spirit of anti-Christ is already here and has been and that it is not any one person.

The Bible is a guide-book ( so to speak ) revealing God's mind to man.  Since Jesus said He would  ( and did ) build His church Matt.16:18, and since He cannot lie, Tit.1:2 it follows that the identity of His church can be found in the scripture for faith comes by "hearing and hearing by the word of God." Rom.10:17

Yes indeed!  Otherwise God is a liar, Matt.16:18 and Tit.1:3, and He cannot lie, Tit.1:2

I reallly didn't want to go that far in this discussion but since asked I shall in a nutshell do so.  Some religions, Jehovah's Witnessess for example depend upon their  special writers for their truths.  I  am persuaded such is true of  dispensationalism as can clearly be seem by names of men and books  entered into the thread.  I have no time for such confusion!
