1  Prayer / General Discussion / receive the gift by having repented,IHS(name your sins to God and then be baptiz on: April 28, 2009, 09:21:32 AM
Note the offense and the free gift: Through the offense of one man, Adam many be dead so the gift of God is one man,Jesus Christ many may live abounded in grace. For as by man's disobedience many were made sinners so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. What shall we say then shall we continue in sin? God forbid! How shall we that are dead to sin live therein that grace may abound? Know you not that so many of us baptized were baptized as was Jesus Christ and many others in ancient times? Wherefore repented sins are buried in the baptism by the glory of God so we should walk in the newness of life knowing that the old person is crucified, the body of sin is destroyed henceforth we should not serve in sin. For they that are dead from sin is free and no longer dead we live unto God until death. Let not sin reign in your body that you should obey the lust thereof mortal but yield yourselves unto God as you are alive from the dead righteousness unto God sin have not dominion over you. Know whom you yeild yourselves to obey whether sin unto the dead or obedience unto life. God be thanked that we are free from sin and servant unto righteousness.
