Sky angel is not shutting down they have gone to internet TV and it is great. You must have high speed internet DSL or better to get it the picture is great not jumpy.

It has between the TV and radio channels 70 channels. 

Yes they have shut down the satellite service because of the costs to maintain and or launch a new satellite.
