i live in the uk and starting out in the church, i 38, i have dabbled in christ before but maybe i was not ready at that time for some reason hope i ready now.... am i making sense, lol

hi there gymforlord,
you caught my eye as i am interested in building my body... i am just starting out in the church. nut would love to get some tips from you on diet etc and routines etc. as i sure you know the sites on here are making money, so i just looking for friendly advice. hope to here from you soon. my email is available here
