Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers for Susan.  She seems to be doing well.  I haven't gotten to see her since the funeral, but over the phone she sounds good.  Again, thanks for everything!  I praise God for each and everyone of you.

Love,
Jamie (mija)

Attention Everyone...
Please be in prayer for my very best friend, Susan Currey.  She is a 29 year old SAHM of 2 children (ages 3 and 5 months).  Her husband L.V. was killed this morning in a car accident in Amarillo, Texas.  Susan is such a fun, loving person and I pray that she can hold it together for her kids.  She does have family around, but still needs all the prayers she can get.  Thank you all so much for praying.

Hi Everyone!  Thank you so very much for the advice.  I really think that the "surprise" idea will work wonders.  We live out in the middle of nowhere on a farm, so the great outdoors is a great place to let off some steam.  My husband pretty much leaves the teaching and disciplining to me.  He will step in if it is a situation that I can't handle.  I love him with all of my heart...sometimes me "handling" the children is fine, other times it is exhausting.  I will definately pray for God's guidance in me being more consistant.  That is something that I am definately not in any aspect of my life.  Again, thank ya'll so very much.  God Bless!! Thanks for the advice.  There are days when I feel like all I do is yell and spank...yell and spank.  I don't want the kids to remember their mother as a person who does nothing but yell and spank.  My mom was just that.  Why is it that when I pray for patience and peace, Satan seems to control the day?!?!  Just pray for me.  Thanks!!

Howdy from Texas!!!  I guess I don't know where else to turn.  I need some good ole' Christian parenting advice.  I am a mom of two beautiful girls (ages 3, 5).  My dilema is that they wear me out emotionally by the end of the day.  Let's face it, they aren't real good about minding.  I normally end up yelling at them to get them to do anything.  Why is that?!?!  Also, by the end of the day, I am so frustrated and angry with them that it is even difficult for me to lovingly put them to bed.  Any advice would be very much appreciated.  God Bless!!
