Good evening sisters,I hope everyone was blessed in the day the Lord gave us.I am going to Erie,Pa for Christmas,it is about six hundred miles from Philly.I am leaving Friday morning,I will get there around eight that night.My oldest daughter and her husband and five Children live there.I also have a son and another daughter and her family live there. My oldest son,and his family live in Buffalo,N.Y,which is about one hundred miles from Erie.I have two daughters and two granddaughters,and two grandsons that live here.All of us is going to Erie,for Christmas.I know it will be a happy event,all of us together on Christmas.

The Purpose Driven Life,is very good.I read it last year,but I always go back to it.I also have the journal.My church,the Women Ministry,we have a book club and that was one of the books.We read the books for two months,have our meeting and discuss the book,and pick another one.I know you will enjoy the book.

Good post.Yes I feel the presence of God,more when I am facing some types of trouble that I am about to walk into.I know whatever sitution I am facing,He is with me.God,will be with us in the shadow of death(death don't always mean absent from the body).Death can mean all types of adversaries that the enemy sends our way.

I believe Chriatians,should keep with what God,say's about tithes and offering.Not what the world say.s.Malachi 3:10-Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,That there may be food in My house,And try me now in this,Says the Lord of hosts.Give your tithes in God's house,He will provide for your house.I used giveto not give my tithes and offerings like I should have,I wasn't being blessed like I should have been.Because I was robbing God.When I started giving my tithes and offerings,right.God,pours out a blessings on me,all kinds of blessings.Whatever billI owe,I leave God's money in the mac until Sunday and I give it to Him.Remember God knows our heart.

Few Christians understand the creative and destructive power of their words.Words have the power to bring life to someone who's heart is dying or dead(including your own heart).And words have the power to kill the life of God within you or someone else.We should run from gossip as though it is a plague.It is a plague and does more damage to the people of God than any other weapon of the enemy.To gossip about others is to curse them.REMEMBER,YOU will be JUDGE by every CARELESS WORD,YOU allow to FALL out of YOUR MOUTH.But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak,they will give account of it in the day of judgement.For by your words you will be justified,and by your words you will be condemned.Matthew 12:36-37(NKJV) God's will never lead you to speak curse's on His children or to sit in the judges chair.We are called to speak life to people.Whatever the offense,whatever the justification for anger,SPEAK a BLESSING and NEVER a CURSE.

The cloud of witnesses are not actually spectators watching us,they are people of faith who is at home with the Lord.Weight is anything that hinders us to run this race.We need to fix our eyes and focus on Christ,instead of our circumstances.Christ has done everything necessary for us to endure our faith.He is our example and model,He focus on the joy that was set before Him.His attention was not on the Cross but on the crown,not on the suffering but the reward.

I have been at my church for ten years.I was brought up Baptist.I was in the backslidden state for some years.When I recommited myself to Christ,I changed to Evangelis.I feel that Evangelis witness more than Baptist(no offense).Evanglize means to spread the Word of God.My church has street evangelize,and door to door.I am on the greeters ministry,I welcome the vistors with a hug and a God bless you,I make them feel welcome to come back.I am also an the prison ministry,every third Sunday after church,we go our adopted prison,in Phila.We sing songs,read the Bible,share testimonies.There has been a lot of people in prison who have got saved.We think we are giving them something,but we get alot from them.I also teach the new members Bible class.God is ready working in my life,so that I can help others to come to Jesus Christ.
