I'm a crisp and pretzel gal myself.

My daughter would like to lay her hands on this list, I know. Cheesy

1Co 2:1  And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
1Co 2:2  For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
1Co 2:3  And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
1Co 2:4  And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

Lev 20:26 (KJV)  And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.

7  Prayer / Prayer Requests / Re: I need prayer on: February 27, 2006, 06:53:22 AM
Jer 1:5  (KJV) Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Lord, upon this we pray, You have created TC. Lord, you know everything about her, You love her, You keep her and You have brought her here to this day, at this hour, and You will not leave her here.

I give her over into your most capable hands, Lord, and I know that she is safe there. Touch her with Your love and Your peace.

We ask this not because we are worthy of anything, but because You are our GOD, You are the ALMIGHTY Lord of all Lords, King of all Kings and our Alpha and Omega.

May You will be done.

Amen.

Zec 2:8 (KJV) For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
9  Theology / Bible Prescription Shop / Re: Patience on: February 27, 2006, 06:35:03 AM
Psa 37:7 (KJV) Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

Psa 27:14  (KJV) Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

11  Fellowship / Just For Women / Re: Being alone with a man not your husband on: February 24, 2006, 05:39:47 AM
I do not think that it is just about the temptation. The enemy is walking around looking for someone to tear into. He is also the father of all lies.

Even if you do not have the temptation, he may still find a way to use the situation by having a suspicious person see you together. One innocent remark can start a riot in a community and have caused the downfall of many an innocent party.

It is a difficult situation when it involves your duties at work.
12  Theology / General Theology / Re: How do we forgive? on: February 16, 2006, 01:01:43 AM
arunangelo,

I don't get it. Could you be more specific about what you believe, and why you believe this? And I would like to see some scripture to support this.

Thanx.

Here is some converters. They will help you to do all the recipies.

http://www.onlineconversion.com/weight_common.htm for weight
http://www.onlineconversion.com/cooking_volume.htm for teaspoons ect..

Apricot blatjan is a condiment to use on mostly meat. It goes really well with beef and pork. I refuse to eat saugages without it. Try it on burgers too, it tastes wonderful. It should be left to mature for at least 3 days. But do safe some to try imediately.

I'll get back with my favourite recipe later. Post yours for me.

What do you do in your church? Which of those do you like and enjoy the most? I like to hear about other congregations and the things they do. What does a usual service in your church look like?

and recipies. My son and I loves to cook.

I've been baptised Susanna Magrietha, but friends call me Grieta. Everyone else just use " Yes, Boss"  Cheesy

I am opening this, because I haven't been out of SA either. Did visit UK for a week but I had so much talking to do (sister-in-law married a redneck) that I saw almost nothing of the coutry.

SA is a very diverse place with a colorful and rich people. We have 11 official languages, and then there are some that was to small to include. Shocked
We also have some that have blown over from Europe and such, but were not included in the officials, obviously.

This is our public holidays: http://www.info.gov.za/aboutsa/holidays.htm
We have deserts, mountains, forests, wetlands, valleys and the longest shoreline. Find some photos here : http://www.photonetwork.co.za/
Our food and clothing is just as diverse as our languages.

Life here is not worse then any other place. I like it here, although our unempoyement rate is reaching new hights. Corruption abounds, and crime is rife.

We have the best place to look at sunsets and sunrises on earth. IMHO.
And God is sending rain. What a blessing it is to live and work here.

15  Fellowship / Just For Women / Re: Where is everyone from? on: February 08, 2006, 06:35:16 AM
Looks like i'll be the first from darkest Africa.

South Africa, Gauteng.
After a few years of dryness, HALLELUJAH!! it's been raining coutry wide for most of the week.

Thank the Lord.
