1  Fellowship / You name it!! / Gods Blessing. on: September 06, 2005, 03:03:16 AM
In the small town I live in we have a monthly Mens meeting of fellow Christians of all who love Jesus. It was pointed out at this meeting that this is a gathering of the Body of Jesus not a gathering of differnt denominations with differnt teachings. I just wanted to say that God blessed me with so much that night. Seeing and feeling how we all could just praise God under one roof with so many differnt demoniations there. Also witnessing how everyone just praised God was awsome. Lol I had Jesus Bumps all over  Smiley Smiley Smiley

3  Theology / Debate / Re:IS BUDDHA A SERVANT OF CHRIST if not then why is he described in the BIBLE on: August 15, 2005, 04:32:23 PM
Could the person he is talking about be John? He did right revelations. Were he described in detail what would come in the end times. John does say there are some things that would be impossible to describe?
4  Theology / Debate / Re:About Jesus family on: July 18, 2005, 01:16:02 AM
Just remember that there his half brother and sisters. I remember a sermon were our pastor said that would make Joseph his step-dad. I never thought of it that way. It was really an eye opener.

7  Theology / Apologetics / Being Forgiven. on: July 10, 2005, 02:57:19 AM
Hello I am a first time poster. I do alot of reading and such because most of the people are highly educated and enlightend people of god and I dont want to say anything  stupid lol. Well anyway here is my question. Awhile back in my youth group we had a conversation about being forgiven. My friend asked the question if were forgiven for all our sins why do we still repent. The room went quite for a few minutes. It was a big question and not many people exactly new what to say so the question wasnt fully answered. Some people said we do it out of self etification and others said we do because we feel guilty and it makes us feel better, some people dont believe your not christian if you dont even want to ask for forgivness. I kinda think its a personal relationship thing like I know I dont have to ask but I do anyway??? Huh I'm really looking for a scripture based answer but anything is welcome : )
