i cant understand why everyone seems to want to quote scripture at me?
i have never said the bible is wrong. i have never said that i am not christian.
was it something i said? or perhaps it is my nick that offends you?

black eyed,
i guess it all depends on how you use the scripture. do you use it in pride and arrogance to show people how well you are versed in the bible. or do you use it in love and gentleness.
the post i got, which im sure you saw, was full of scripture and nothing else.
anyway, why am i trying to defend myself?

you mentioned that you were indoctrined into the JW's. that's interesting....we touch upon matters about the JW's on the website. you may well find it interesting. we ask that you read it with an open mind and a copy of a bible, perhaps KJV would be better than the JW version. the watchtower will never allow their members to find out that Jesus is Jehovah God. once their members find that out, they will lose all of them and all of their money too. trust that you find the site a blessing. now we can hold a conversation. thanks for the reply.
im sure you are aware that people can use scripture to control people and there are some that will even batter people to death with scripture. im not saying that you are that kind of person though when i first looked at the post.....it certainly gave me that impression. no offense.
you are correct when you say you have to be filled with the Spirit. We also have to be sure it is the right Spirit that we are being filled by. The purpose of my initial post was to make christians aware of what is out there. Some of them might not know what you already know? Some of them might think they are worshipping with fellow beleivers, when infact they are worshipping with Wolves in Sheeps clothing. The initial post is purely to let folks know what is going on?
You obviously dont seem to worry about it for some reason?

hi aw, having spent a number of years 'watching' what is going on within various denominations i cant help but wonder if we are already not teaching heretical teachings in today's church.? we have seen the infiltration and deception that is going on for the past twelve years and each year that goes by, it gets worse and more and more bolder. want to know more? www.davidandgoliathministries.orgtrust that the site blesses you and perhaps opens the door to more use of discernment that the Lord gave us. For many claim to be Christian. Your servant in the Lord, Halfgospel

hi everyone, many claim to be christian thesedays. from mormons, to jehovah witnesses, to moonies, to bahai's. how can we discern between these man-made religions? how do you know who you are standing next to in church? how can you tell if you leaders/elders are not mormons or jehovah witnesses.? visit our website and find out why we are being muzzled and are unable to preach. www.davidandgoliathministries.orgYours in Christ, Halfgospel

hi The athiest,
Good to see you are at least thinking about Christ and who he was.
Be careful of the replies that you get as you don't know where they person involved is coming from. There are christians that beleive in Christ's Deity and there are christians that strip Christ of his Deity.
It all depends what you think of Christ....to some he was a man, to some he was just a prophet, to christians he was God Almighty in the flesh.
to find out more about other christians visit our website and decide for yourself. all the best, Yours in Christ, Halfgospel

hi boof,
nice post. i like it.
the problem in the forums, is the same problem that we have in the church, and that is, that not everyone that goes to church is Christian. They are not all there for the same reason that you and I may go.?
To enlighten you a bit more pay our website a visit. There you will find some interesting information about what is currently going on and how to discern between certian faiths that claim to be christian.
Thanks for your post. Yours in Christ, Halfgospel

the answer to that question depends on 'who God is?'.....if you mean God as in the God of the Christian, then your answer is yes. If you mean God as in the God of the mormon, or jehovah witness, then your answer would be no.
it all depends on what you think of Christ? there are Christians that beleive in Christ' s Deity and there are Christians that strip Christ of his Deity.
