If you like science fiction books, Sammy, you should definitely check out Dune.

I loved Dune (and most of its many children). I just finished reading another GREAT novel--a new fantasy epic titled Gideon's Dawn. It's author, Michael D. Warden, is new to the fantasy genre...but I think his name will be pretty well-known before long. This was the best fantasy book I've read since Tolkein. (yes, seriously)
