Title: INVITATION QUESTION
Post by: nChrist on January 24, 2006, 07:05:53 AM
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

We know that God has promised us that where two or three are gathered in His Name that HE is with them.

We Gather Here In The
Precious Name Of JESUS!

The sweet Christians on Christians Unite are definitely gathered in the name of JESUS, our precious Lord and Saviour. So GOD is with us here.

Christians Unite is intended as a safe and friendly place for Christians of all ages to come, share JESUS, and fellowship with other Christians. I must add that we try very hard to keep Christians Unite clean and appropriate for Christian children and young people to use. We want Christian parents to feel good about their children using Christians Unite. This is an effort from all of us, and I think that Christians Unite is safe for Christians of all ages to use.

It is not the intention of Christians Unite to replace your local assembly of Brothers and Sisters in Christ. But it is our intention that Christians Unite be a place of refuge, escape, friendship, fellowship, Praise of JESUS CHRIST, Worship of JESUS CHRIST, and study of the Holy Bible. We share JESUS here with the lost, and the sweet Christians here build each other up in CHRIST. We achieve our purpose because of the efforts of many sweet Christians here and the help of GOD. Prayer for each other is always a major priority, and we all know that GOD loves to hear our prayers. YES!, I know that we are serving GOD here, and I know that it is the Will of GOD that we continue. With everything, we will give JESUS CHRIST all of the Glory, Honor, and Praise.

INVITE A:
Friend,
Family Member,
Fellow Church Member
Or A Lost Person
To Join Us!

Brothers and Sisters, we would like to have more active members - the more - the merrier! We have over 4,000 members, but many of them have not been active in a long time. More active members will simply mean more enjoyment for all of us. Would you please consider inviting a friend, family member, fellow church member, or a lost person to join us? Thanks in advance for your help.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Tom,

I hear you, dear, brother.

Let us share the wondrous Christ and the saving power, in love, that he gave on the cross 2000 years ago or so. Let us share and give one another of that same love, that love that would lay down physical life for friends, so that they might have eternal life.

ollie

Fellowship with other Christians. That is a wonderful thing! I shared the news about this good forum with others and now there are at least 6 new members here to fellowship with. God is Good!

Hello Okie From Another Okie,

I'm from Lawton Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. We do have a lot of sweet Christian fellowship here and always a big variety of really good Bible study material. I'm retired and disabled, so I'm a happy volunteer here and really enjoy doing whatever the LORD has for me to do.

We appreciate you inviting others to join us. I hope that most Christians see pretty quickly that we really try to make this a safe and family-friendly place for fellowship for people of all ages, including young adults and children. I think that our youngest is 8 and maybe our oldest member is about 80 now.

We do have some interesting conversations here, and we many times delve pretty deeply into the Bible. I'm glad that you are having a good time here, and I hope that your friends also enjoy the Christian fellowship here. Please feel free to jump into dozens of already started discussions or start your own. I look forward to reading your posts and having fellowship with you.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Matthew 25:35-40  NASB  'For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.' "Then the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? 'And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? 'When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' "The King will answer and say to them, 'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.'

I have been inviting lots of church members to Christianunite. I also put two links to here on my website. In the past I have e-mailed my friends making them aware of this wonderful family friendly website. We have gotten a few new members lately. I too hope more people will join and continue to come here.

Hello Islandboy,

Thanks sincerely! We love the fellowship, and Christians Unite is still a safe and clean place for the entire family. Most importantly, the full strength GOSPEL OF THE GRACE OF GOD is given here by many sweet Christians who love and wish to glorify GOD.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable GIFT, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour Forever!

Hello Sister May,

I'm very happy that you're enjoying Christians Unite. We are also happy to have you with us and enjoy our fellowship. I think that the time is growing near when CHRIST will come to take us HOME. In the meantime, we must finish our race, finish our course, and hopefully one day hear, "Well done good and faithful servant."

Love In Christ,
Tom

Philippians 3:7-21 NASB  But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ.  8  More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ,  9  and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith,  10  that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death;  11  in order that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.  12  Not that I have already obtained it or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus.  13  Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead,  14  I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.  15  Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, have this attitude; and if in anything you have a different attitude, God will reveal that also to you;  16  however, let us keep living by that same  standard to which we have attained.  17  Brethren, join in following my example, and observe those who walk according to the pattern you have in us.  18  For many walk, of whom I often told you, and now tell you even weeping, that they are enemies of the cross of Christ,  19  whose end is destruction, whose god is their appetite, and whose glory is in their shame, who set their minds on earthly things.  20  For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;  21  who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.
