Post by: out of the boat on December 28, 2005, 11:22:05 PM
Hey This is my First post

Anyways here is what I am doing to Jesus.  In February I will be going to Australia (I live in Canada) to so whats called a Deceipleship Training School with Youth with a mission or YWAM.  This is 6 months of Teaching Lectures and outreach missions.  This is going to be a life changing experience for me to see diferant cultures and be ableto throw off every thing in my way and focus on Jesus.  I must say I haven't even left yet and my fait is already tested wating for the finacial aspect of it to come in.  I did hoever have no problem with my Visa as well my non Christ following Parents paid for my flights to and from Australia.   If I want to ask for anything its Prayer that the need funds for the rest will arrive.  SOmethng else i am doing in the mean time is Co-hosting a radio show on a Christian Station near my city on friday nights.  This has been awesome doing this as well.

One more thing.  If anyone has done a YWAm DTS before,  I would love to hear about it.

Hello out of the boat ??? Since this is one of your first posts here. Welcome to Christians Unite forums. I will pray for you, on your mission.

Resting in the hands, of the Lord.
Bob

Hosea 4:1 HEAR THE word of the Lord, you children of Israel, for the Lord has a controversy (a pleading contention) with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no faithfulness, love, pity and mercy, or knowledge of God [from personal experience with Him] in the land.
