Today, the Supreme Court tackles the first Ten Commandments case it has taken on in 25 years. Should governments be allowed to display the Ten Commandments on public property?CHECK IT ALL OUT HERE

Oral arguments were made on Wednesday, and yes, the court will make a decision in both cases.  The question is what the decisions will be.  No court would want to be labeled as the court that "outlawed the 10 Commandments", or something similar.

I'm of the opinion that the court is divided on the issue, and expect that a decision will be made in June.  I expect affirmation of the lower court in both cases.

Have faith.  I've posted a link of the oral arguments for the Texas case at fifthday should you care to read them.  This case, at least to me, is the more interesting of the two.

I am not always happy with the court's decision, but generally think they make wise decisions.
