Title: The letter.
Post by: Forrest on April 12, 2003, 04:37:40 AM
   Dear Friend,
How are you? I just had to send a note to tell you how much I care about you. I saw you yesterday as you were talking with your friends. I waited all day, hoping you would want to talk with me too. I gave you a sunset to close your day, and cool breeze to rest you... and I waited. You never came. It hurt me, but I still love you because I am your friend.
I saw you sleeping last night, and longed to touch your brow, so I spilled moonlight upon your face. Again, I waited... wanting to rush down so we could talk. I have so much to tell, and so many gifts for you!
You awoke, and rushed off to work, my tears were the rain. If you would only listen to me! I love you I try to tell you In the blue skies, and in the quiet green grass. I whisper it in leaves on the trees, and breath it in colors of flowers, shout it to you in the mountain streams, give the birds love songs to sing. I clothe you with warm sunshine, and perfume the air with nature scents.
My love for you is deeper than the ocean, and bigger than the biggest need in your heart!!!!!!! Ask me! Talk with me! Please don't forget me! I have so much to share with you!
I won't hassle you any further, its Your Decision. I Have Chosen You, and will wait-------

                                   I Love You
                             YOUR FRIEND JESUS

I found this at work last week and thought to share it

Oklahoma Howdy to Forrest,

Brother, it's nice to see you back. I really enjoyed the letter. We should all get quiet and spend time with Jesus.

In Christ

The animated picture you posted is pretty, and true. Yes, we do serve A LIVING SAVIOUR, JESUS CHRIST!

I can't imagine how said this world would be without HIM.

Great post Forrest, too bad all professing Christians do not have as sincere a love for Jesus as they pretend to have! (John 14:15-25)

Have you read my post in the you name it thread?

In spite of your prayers for me to change to your denominations doctrine, I must remind you that you are wasting your time, I will never accept a false doctrine or follow it.

I have made many mistakes recently, But I am certain that it is possible to abstain from all sin, and live a sinless life, it is not easy to do, but it can be done, so I have determined to at least try, if you want to pray for me, pray for me to be able to do that....

HELLO CRUSADER!

You need not concern yourself in praying any prayers in an attempt to get God to change my beliefs to the doctrine you follow, that will never happen.

God knows I am living faithfully according to ALL of his word, as A sincere christian ought to, and he also is very well aware of the fact that the doctrine you follow is a false doctrine!

Crusader ???

Catholic ???

You do remind me very greatly of one who posted his posts in an exact identical manner as you post yours!

Ahhhh Yes Catholic!

Now I definitely know, that I am definitely NOT, going to follow your doctrine!

No one has to go through Mary, to get to Jesus, To get to God!

I Love you as well, But I cannot accept, or love your churches beliefs, or it's practices.

I must say this though, Now I know how to pray for you, as I now understand why you believe the way you do....
