Hi and in Titus 1:6  it says that the  HUSBAND  / ANER  is in the  Greek  NOMINATIVE CASE  and the  SUBJECT .

The next Greek word is  OF  ONE / HEIS  is in the  Greek  GENITIVE  CASE ,  points to the description OR POSSESSION  of one  wife

The next Greek word ,  WIFE / GYNE  is also in the  GENITIVE  CASE

Some have a hard time explaining away ONE  WIFE  and many  Pastors and  ELDERS  , also !

Hi andn this nis bhow I see tha appointment of  PASTORS .

#1 , I NTim 3:1 reads If anyone  reaches after an  OFFICE ,  he  desires a  good  work .

#2 , This is what Paul mdid in  Acts 14:23  Paul and the  Elders he had  appointed , They first  PRAYED  , with  FASTING , they committed them to the  Lord in  Whom they had  believed .

#3 , The  Greek word in WHOM THEY HAD  BELIEVED  is in the  Greek  PLUPERFECT  TENSE , ACTIVE  VOICE and in the  INDICATIVE  MOOD  that verse 23 is a  FACT .

#4  We also see in  Acts 20:28  That is the  HOLY  SPIRIT  that made them  OVERSEERS .
