They are back.  The Rothschild Family and their offspring have been quietly gobbling up the world since the time of the French Revolution.

President Andrew Jackson spoke about them and shut down their bank here in America for awhile.  An assassin tried to kill him later on.  President Lincoln opposed them.  President Kennedy also opposed them.....wanting to shut down the Federal Reserve, issue currency backed by silver, and get us out of Viet Nam.
