It's time to send the communist nuts packing or put them in jail. Law and order needs to be restored.

Im not quite following....sure NDAA is illegal and Unconstitutional.....but then again is it okay for Wall Street to do what they are doing.....to me its a great big puzzle but sooner or later all the pieces will fall in order! Law and order will sure not be established with the NDAA.
The Lords Blessing to you always......

The "occupy" folks are violating many laws. Very simply, I would enforce the law if it was my choice. I'm a retired police officer, so my thoughts are somewhat biased.

I do not support all the tenants of the Occupy Movement but, it is truly unbelievable what Wall Street does to the poor masses and also gets away with. The Bank Bail Outs is Fascism in America... now that I can never support. Also, many of these banksters gave bad loans with high interest knowing that the people could not pay them back. It was a way of stealing the land and houses right from under the people...

I agree. We must also remember that our government applied significant pressure on the banks to make these loans. Can anyone say "Dodd/Frank"? Organizations like Acorn were also involved. All either knew or should have known that bad things would eventually happen. In other words, I think it was all part of a bigger plan that worked the way they wanted it to.

While many of these banks were forced to make loans I do not understand why they had to make them unfair to where the homeowner was guaranteed to lose their home. Interest coupled with inflation crushed the lower middle class to the point of where this nation no longer has the socio economic class anymore. Also, refinancing your home was a scam to begin with. Many who took that option had owned their homes for years and some even for generations... well, not anymore.

It was definitely wrong for many home buyers to be given such large loans, but some responsibility must also rest on their shoulders. When you don't make your payments, something bad must happen. This something bad was not desired by the banks because they were then stuck with an over-inflated home that they couldn't sell for what was owed.

The banks being forced to give loans to people they normally would not give them to just goes along with the socialist/communistic agenda. I agree what nChrist said also. The responsibility lays on the shoulders of many, including all of the people (We The People) for not putting a stop to all of this long ago. Too many want the easy path.
