            Its very reassuring
            To know that when you sin
            There is a way back to your Dad
            He's sure to let you in
            For Jesus paid the penalty
            For all that we have done
            The cross was such a gruesome death
            But through the pain He won
            A  victory oer death and hell
            The devil was defeated
            And he has no more claim on us
            his majesty unseated
            So we say sorry for our lapse
            Repent and turn away
            Just follow Him who's done it all
            His word we must obey.
