Tim Adams, who was senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008, told WND: "The real issues involved in the birth-certificate controversy remain the same: Obama's refusal to answer to the American people, the arrogance and crime that runs rampant among the political 'ruling' classes in Washington, and the loss of rights and freedoms by American citizens.

"These haven't changed one bit today – except that it has taken three years of national controversy for a sitting president to grudgingly dole out a milksop of compliance with the laws of the country, this is the best lesson from today."

Adams, a self-described liberal Democrat who thinks Obama is eligible for office because his mother was American, lamented what he feels is an out-of-control federal government, explaining, "There is a group of men and women who currently are waging multiple, illegal wars, paying off special interests with taxpayer monies, violating every law on the books, and operating as if we were subjects to be dictated to at gunpoint; this must end. Obama's controversy is just a symptom of the overall filth that is Washington. These people must be held accountable, must be punished, and must be removed from power, by whatever means are necessary. As for their excuses, every perp has a excuse."

Specifically concerning Obama, Adams said, "President Obama's problems as a politician, his active membership and support of a racist, religious group; his friendship with a known terrorist and murderer; his extremism; his use of executive orders; his contempt of the rule of law and the limits of government power; his violence and murder around the world; his failed economic and social policies; his rewarding of his political friends and the active spoils system he operates, the corruption and crime of the Daly machine bunch he came out of in Chicago – none of these have gone away.

Adams says the U.S. still needs candidate-validation laws in every state and a codified definition of the Article 2 requirements in the Constitution for the offices of president and vice president. The term "natural-born citizen" has been at the heart of the controversy, since the Constitution itself does not define it.

Concerning the actual image of what is claimed to be the president's original long-form birth certificate, Adams said, "If this document is indeed valid – and I'm not going into the questions of validity – it proves what I said before, that the so-called COLBs (Certifications of Live Birth) that were posted online over the last three years are in fact forgeries and not State of Hawaii issued documents."

The release of the document today – which should settle the issue of his birth – doesn't answer why the documents couldn't be located for so long or what happened to them. The release also doesn't answer questions as to why now, and why not before, except that before it was politically advantageous to continue the controversy, when the issue became too much of a loser for the Democratic Party and the president personally, he manages to find the will to release his documentation.
As I said before, politics as usual, and while this should close this debate eventually, it will not answer the questions about natural-born citizenship, nor the problems of crime and corruption that are more rampant in this administration than any since Tammany Hall.

If this abusive, criminal enterprise that is the federal government of the United States is not caged, punished and reformed, on both sides of the aisles and including all the current players, of which the president is actually only one minor piece, America is headed for economic, political and societal disaster. Period.

As WND reported earlier this month, Adams recently gave an online radio interview in which he said the president and his aides had been "caught fibbing" about Obama's background, and the "embarrassing" situation was making it difficult to fess up to the truth.

In June of last year, Adams burst onto the national scene with stunning claims about no long-form birth certificate for Obama existing in Hawaii.

"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."

At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

"They told us, 'We don't have a birth certificate for him,'" he said. "They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man's birth."

The White House called it "proof positive" and the governor of Hawaii said further questions about Barack Obama's birth story would be "an insult."

But the facts remain that the release by the president of a "Certificate of Live Birth" from the state of Hawaii still doesn't answer all of the questions about his eligibility.

For one thing, there are experts – and lawsuits – that have argued he isn't eligible under the Constitution's demand that the occupant of the Oval Office be a "natural born Citizen" because the understanding at the time of the nation's founding was that that meant a citizen offspring of two citizen parents.

Under that, Obama would have been disqualified at the outset, since in his own writings he's confessed that his father was a Kenyan national subject to the governance of the United Kingdom when he was born.

But the document that was released leaves many more unanswered questions:

Among the unexplained is how the green background appears so seamless, given that this is supposed to be a copy of an original 1961 document in a bound volume in Hawaii.

According to the Smoking Gun, there also are questions about:
The doctor who signed the document – "conveniently unavailable to answer questions" since he died several years ago.

The date of acceptance on the document, four days after the birth on Aug. 4.

What about a "mysterious number" seen on the right side of the document.

The apparent spelling of the local registrar's name as "Ukulele."

The mysterious X marks above "Twin" and "Triplet" on the document.

Where are the birth weight, length and footprint images often found on original birth certificates?
Whatever the answers to the questions, Matt Patterson wrote in a commentary at the Washington Times that the situation is a loss for Obama.

"No matter how the White House tries to spin this, President Obama has been deeply damaged by this birth-certificate mess, damage that is entirely self-inflicted. If his long-form birth certificate was available to the president all along, why on earth did he not release it years ago? Instead, he stonewalled just enough for the whole matter to appear suspicious to large numbers of Americans, leaving a perfect opening for a skilled opportunist like Donald Trump, who has played the president like a well-worn violin.

"Mr. Obama may have at last deflated the issue once and for all, but by waiting so long to do so, he also has raised disturbing questions about his character and judgment. How is that not a defeat?"

The state of Hawaii issued a lengthy statement explaining how the document was released to a representative of the president at his request. The state created an "exception" to its standard procedures in order to accommodate Obama.

Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who earlier had promised to release the documentation but failed, chastised those who were not ready to accept the government's statement about the birth at face value.

"Considering all of the investigations that have been done and the information that has been provided, no rational person can question the president's citizenship. We have found a way – once again – to confirm what we already knew: the president was born here in Hawaii. State officials of both parties have verified that President Obama's birth records show that he was born in Honolulu," he said.

He completely ignored that the Constitution's requirement for presidents is not "citizenship," but to be a "natural born Citizen."

He further said it's time for people to forget their doubts.

"President Obama's mother and father were dear friends of mine, and we must respect their memory. It is an insult to the president, his parents and to the office to suggest that he was not born in Hawaii. The State of Hawaii has done everything within our legal ability to disabuse these conspiracy theorists. We granted the president's request for certified copies of his birth certificate so we can all move on from this unfortunate distraction and focus on the real issues affecting people today."

The statement also included comments from Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy that she has "seen the original records filed at the Department of Health and attest to the authenticity of the certified copies the department provided to the president that further prove the fact that he was born in Hawaii."

Again, the officials declined to address the issue of "natural born Citizen," as required by the Constitution, addressing only an issue of a birth in Hawaii.

Numerous bloggers and Web fans immediately claimed the document a fraud because of the "layers" embedded in the .pdf file, including this critic who said it wasn't real:
Whether there had been manipulation or the layers simply were a result of the process of computer imaging wasn't confirmed.

But the document also failed to pull back the curtain on:

Why the certificate is out of sequence with other birth certificates from the same hospital at the same time.

What was the impact on the Hawaii birth certificate when he moved to Indonesia as a child and reportedly was adopted by an Indonesia man.

On what nation's passport did he travel to Kenya as a student.

Who gave Obama scholarships to attend Occidental, Columbia and Harvard.

What about other still-withheld documentation such as his passport records, kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records and schedules, medical records, Obama/Dunham marriage license, Obama/Dunham divorce documents, Soetoro/Dunham marriage license and adoption records.

What about his use of a Connecticut-based Social Security number when he had no connection to the state?

"Amazing that as soon as Hawaii says it won't issue long form birth certificates, the president suddenly comes up with one ... Something fishy going on again," wrote one WND reader.

Actually the Constitution didn't define what "natural born citizen" meant, which leaves it to the law to define. As of now, it is defined by the 14th amendment and Title 8 section 1401 of the law. "Anyone born inside the United States". This would mean the children of illegal aliens are natural born citizens.

Absent evidence of original intent, such as writings of the men who originally authored the requirements explaining what they meant (such as do exist for gun rights), the "birthers" really don't have a case now. I expect the original intent was specific to the time, to exclude people with overly strong British connections.
 Let's drop the matter and deal with our debt problems.

I personally believe that what was released creates more questions than answers. I smell fraud and deception.

Regardless, our current administration routinely commits illegal and Unconstitutional acts that they should be held accountable for. It appears that their overall goal is to destroy this country, and they are well on their way to accomplishing this goal. Obviously, these destructive acts are not limited to the oval office - they have plenty of help from other corrupt portions of government. Is it too late to save what's left of the America we know? - I don't know, but I do know that illegal and Unconstitutional acts are responsible for the mess and the possible downfall of our country. I think it's an accurate statement to say that America is busy destroying itself from within and making itself totally IRRELEVANT. Maybe this is why America isn't mentioned in Bible Prophecy.

Today, Barack Obama blinked – releasing birth records he has hired lawyers to prevent the public from seeing, even at the expense of allowing U.S. Army Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin to be court-martialed and sent to prison for having dared ask questions the White House until now has resolutely dismissed with ridicule and disdain.

A key problem for Obama is that birth certificates issued to twin girls born one day later at Kapi'olani hospital, the Nordykes, are the Rosetta Stone of deciphering both Obama's previously released short-form Certification of Live Birth and the newly released purported copy of his long-form birth certificate.

The problem since the short-form certificate was released during the 2008 presidential campaign has always been this:

As WND reported, the long-form birth certificates issued by Kapi'olani to the Nordyke twins have certificate numbers lower than the number given Obama, even though the president purportedly was born at the same hospital a day earlier than the Nordykes.

Note, Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Hawaii time Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.


Gretchen Nordyke, the second twin, was born at 2:17 p.m. Hawaii time Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.


Yet, according to the Certification of Live Birth displayed by FactCheck.org during the 2008 presidential campaign – and now according to the long-form birth certificate the White House released today – Barack Obama was given a higher certificate number than the Nordykes.


Note, Obama was given certificate No. 151 – 1961 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, Aug. 8, 1961.
In 1961, the birth certificate numbers were not assigned by the hospitals.

Instead, the numbers were stamped to the birth record by the Hawaii Department of Health at the main office in Honolulu.

This is the only place birth certificate numbers were assigned.

At the last step of the process, the documents were accepted by the registrar general, with the date of registration inserted in box No. 22 on the lower right hand corner of the long-form birth certificate.

The date the birth document was accepted by the registrar general was the date the birth certificate number was stamped on the birth record.

The birth certificate number was stamped on the form by a rubber stamp that automatically increased by one each time a birth certificate was stamped.

The question, therefore, is how was it possible that the Nordyke twins had their birth certificates accepted by the registrar general in Hawaii three days later than the registrar general accepted Obama's birth certificate, when the twins' numbers are lower than Obama's number?

Eleanor Nordyke has speculated that her twins received an earlier birth certificate number because, although she gave birth later than Ann Dunham, she entered Kapi'olani earlier.

Yet, in 1961, birth certificate numbers were not assigned by the hospital, and the date the mother checked into the medical facility was irrelevant to how birth certificate numbers were assigned.

Moreover, no records for Dunham having been a patient at Kapi'olani in 1961, or of Obama having been born at the hospital on Aug. 4, 1961, have been released by the hospital.

Now that President Obama has personally vouched for the authenticity of the birth certificate the White House released today, he can reasonably be asked to authorize Kapi'olani Medical Center to release any and all medical records the hospital may hold for his mother and Barack Obama Sr., his listed father.

The debate over Obama's eligibility to be president has truly only just begun, with Obama's status having changed overnight from a bemused observer to a full-contact participant.

Two weeks before the publication of my book "Where's the Birth Certificate?" the effort to document Obama's past has begun in earnest.

Fundamentally, the world changed for Barack Obama this morning, not just in increasing pressure for the release of the many hidden documents about his past, but in the inescapable reality that the White House must defend this newly released birth certificate as authentic.

Before today, Obama may have attempted to explain away problems with the short-form Certification of Live Birth as the work of his supporters.

Before today, the president largely remained above the fray. Now, he has fully engaged in the presentation and defense of his birth records and his status as a "natural born citizen" under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.

Obama's presidency now depends upon the White House being able to support the veracity of all the information contained in the birth document released yesterday morning.

In the final analysis, proof that the document is an authentic Obama birth record will await forensic examination.

Yes we have debt problems.   We always have had debt problems and we always will have debt problems.  Government spends it like there is no tomorrow.  As long as Obama is in there this country doesn't have a chance in fixing the debt problem or anything else.

We need a president that will cut off aid to Palestine and all other Muslim countries.  We need a president that will back Israel no matter what.  We need government to take a cut in THEIR wages.  We need to stop funding Planned Parenthood.  We need to abolish the Unions.  We need to drill for oil HERE.  We need to cut welfare to illegal aliens and to folks spending their money to fill the crack pipe.  America needs to get AMERICAN POLITICALLY CORRECT, and GOD CORRECT, and not muslim, hispanic, etc, politically correct.  This list could go on forever more, but the bottom line is that Obama is a fraud, it needs to be proven and he and anyone that helped him in this big lie, needs to be prosecuted and as for myself, I vote for a death sentence to make a statement that it won't be tolerated again, so beware!

And then to my friend Brother Tom:  The U.S. isn't mentioned in bible prophecy, but neither is Canada, Australia, Greenland, Ireland, Japan, etc etc, because Bible focus and prophecy is centered around Jerusalem and the middle east.  The bible says that other countries will fight against the AntiChrist, so the Antichrist won't exactly take over the WHOLE world.  But if we don't stop the invasion of Islam, we won't be here to help out in that fight.

Obama challengers: Doc proves president ineligible


The "Certificate of Live Birth" document released by the White House today, if authentic, assures Americans that their president was born in Hawaii as he has said, according to two participants in a lawsuit who challenged the president's tenure in the Oval Office.

But they say it also proves he's ineligible under the Constitution's requirements to be president.

According to Mario Apuzzo, the attorney who argued the Kerchner vs. Obama case, and the lead plaintiff, retired Navy Cmdr. Charles Kerchner, the documentation reveals that Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan national subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, was the father when Barack Obama Jr. was born.

That, they say, would disqualify Obama because of the Founders' requirement in the Constitution that a president be a "natural born Citizen," commonly understood during the era of the beginnings of the United States to mean a citizen offspring of two citizen parents.


The Kerchner vs. Obama case, as have some others, challenged Obama on two grounds: that he had not proven his U.S. birth and that even if that was documented, he still needed to meet the requirements of being a "natural born Citizen."


That's in Article 2, Section,1, which states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

"They are going to have to face the music on this at some point," said Kerchner, whose allegations never were decided on their merits after the courts created a roadblock by determining Americans don't have "standing" to demand the Constitution's requirements be followed.

Attorney Mario Apuzzo agreed.

"Assuming that it's valid, that he's born in Hawaii," he said, "It confirms who his father was. His father was not a citizen."


He said in American jurisprudence "there is not one case that says being born to an alien parent creates a natural born citizen."

But Apuzzo said the White House simply wants to ignore the Constitution's demand.

"It doesn't say born," he said. "They want to steamroll over 'natural born.'"

He said the problem, however, is getting a court to decide the dispute he raised. The seven or eight dozen cases brought so far largely have been turned back without a review of their actual merits.

Courts decided that plaintiffs don't have "standing," or an injury or possible injury from a violation of the U.S. Constitution, so the cases are thrown out.

Apuzzo said, however, with the flood of state proposals being considered at the legislative level, at some point a law specifically will give a plaintiff standing, and then a dispute could be argued in the state courts.

Kerchner also said it is inevitable that the courts will have to make a ruling on the arguments.

"The legal definition of the legal term of art will have to be litigated because of all the confusion that Obama and the Progressive/Socialists have introduced into that term," he told WND. "It will take a Supreme Court decision, a congressional investigation and hearing under oath, or both, to settle it. I gave the Congress the chance and asked for congressional investigations. They ignored me. I sue[d] Obama and the Congress and the courts ducked the issue. But they are going to have to face the music on this at some point."


They quote Vattel's 1758 "The Law of Nations," a document used widely by the American Founders, where it states in Vol. 1, Ch. 19, Section 212: "natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens."

His organization, ProtectOurLiberty.org, also explains that under the British Nationality Act of 1948, when Obama was born in 1961 he was a British subject.

The goal, according to Apuzzo, was to avoid a president with divided loyalties – to America and to another nation to which his father or mother owed loyalty.

"This unity of jus soli (soil) and jus sanguinis (descent) at the time of birth assure that one is born with sole natural allegiance (obligation of fidelity and obedience to government in consideration for protection that government gives)," the organization explains.

"Our Constitution requires unity of U.S. citizenship and sole natural allegiance from birth only for the president and commander in chief of the military, given the unique nature of the position, a position that empowers one person to make decisions for our national survival. It is required of the president because such a status gives the American people the best chance that a would-be president will not have any foreign influences which because of conflict of conscience can most certainly taint his/her critical decisions made when leading the nation.

"The Founding Fathers emphasized that, for the sake of the survival of the constitutional Republic, the office of president and commander in chief of the military be free of foreign influence and intrigue. It is the 'natural born Citizen' clause that gives the American people the best chance to keep it that way."

The U.S. Supreme Court effectively killed the Kerchner case when it was before the justices with one terse statement: "The motion of Western Center for Journalism for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae is granted. The petition for a writ of certiorari is denied."

Apuzzo said his clients were hurt by the court's ruling, as was Obama.

"This decision did not help Mr. Obama," Apuzzo said at the time. "It did not bring legitimacy to his office. Mr. Obama does not have legitimacy of office by the court or by the consensus of the nation, because many people question whether he is a natural born citizen. How does our nation go forward with this kind of result?"

"This matter should have been addressed by the media and political parties early in the spring of 2008 during the primaries. It wasn't," wrote Kerchner when the case was developing. "Congress should have addressed this when asked and when constitutionally it was required to. It didn't. The courts should have addressed the merits of the questions when appealed to early on. They didn't. Everyone in our system of government chose appeasement over confrontation and punted the ball to someone else."

"Now it is far worse," Kerchner continued. "The Supreme Court has chosen appeasement and inaction over action and dealing with the issue and questions openly in a court of law under the rules of evidence and law. Our constitutional republic and legal system is now compromised and broken."

Apuzzo commented that the new release from Obama proves his ineligibility because before that, there had been assumptions about the identity of his father. There had been statements that Barack Obama Sr., who returned to Kenya to his first wife after abandoning Obama's mother and his son, was the father, but no documentation to affirm that.

At the time the case was rejected, Apuzzo warned, "If he runs again in 2012, people will want to know. … The issue is not going away. … You're going to have a lot of states that are going to be on this, they will want to see that birth certificate."

In fact, lawmakers in Oklahoma are scheduled to vote within a day or two on a proposal that would require verification of eligibility for candidates on the state's ballot.

Lawmakers in Arizona earlier adopted a requirement, but it was vetoed by Gov. Jan Brewer. Other states with pending plans include Pennsylvania and Louisiana.

Oh good!  I did think that you were already aware though.  And what you say is true.  And certainly the Muslims all think that we are the big bad Satan.  Why then are they all here?  Unless it is to take over our country?  We need to fight Islam at every turn, but my thoughts are that we have a cancer in America.  Or maybe I should say, many cancers.  It is going to take some strong and extremly right-wingers in government to get it cut out.  I'm just not trusting any of them right now.  I think that the Republicans that we have in there right now could've made a bigger stink about what is happening than they are.  I don't think they are shouting loud enough!
