            Oh wondrous God, who fathers me
            Allowing me a certain rein
            I wonder at Your patience rare
            As I react rebelliously
            To all the guidance that You give
            Through Jesus, Your beloved Son
            Against Him, Iam nothing good
            But for Him, I know, I live.
            
            Holy Spirit, you're my friend
            Always with me in my need
            Agitating all the things
            That deserve a final end
            Refine and cleanse me as You will
            So the darkness fades away
            More like Jesus every day
            Ultimately is my thrill.

            So I leave the rest to You
            Father, Son and Holy Ghost
            A disciple in Your name
            Please provide me what is due
            I am open to Your ways
            Whatever road that they may take
            Empower me for battles tough
            So I may serve You all my days.
